The poor staff was inundated with people in drive thru and inside the lobby for order pick up. All 5 of the workers did their best and kept up a great attitude. I've worked fast food before so I know how stressful an environment it can be. Because of the volume they were doing my order was 20 min longer than estimated for pick up. When I did receive my food and got home it was fresh & tasty. The crowd inside the lobby was very patient as it was obvious they were severely understaffed. Kudos to the staff that was there & kudos to my fellow customers for patience.
I will never eat here again! The chickens they use must be anemic because the pieces are scrawny and tasteless. I ordered the chicken wings last time and they were awful. When I complained to the manager she was very rude and told me there was nothing she could do because they don't make the wings there...they get them from some other company! She wouldn't give me a credit on another purchase nor would she return my money. Outta here!
Business establishment was dirty. The coleslaw was spoiled. Chicken was warm. Not cool. I saw the young man make the chicken sandwich thay was the only thing that was hot qnd fresh. . I wont be back. That was a waste of money. *Ja need to get a refresher course on customer service and knowing the difference from sarcasm/customer service. If you didnt want to work at that particular store let the manager know.*I have been observing this store for the last few years. Never ever a good moment. But this time food was thrown away. Waste of money gas and time.. ? Do better. Care about the food and the service you give customers.
Ok. I like this one better than Redmond washington which is closer to me for 3 simple reasons.1. The food was fairly good.2. I can see the staff for the most part make the food unlike Redmond where they tell me they need to go to the back to prepare, cook, or put together my food even while they make everyone else's food in the front??? Go figure??3. They actually have a great deal of workers. I know it's hard to staff right now in a pandemic but most fast food places right now have bodies. I see a good share in King county. This location has like 6 the last time I was here. Redmond lucky to have the cashier and drive thru and the rest lurking behind the cookers making two additional workers???I hate the travel to south Bellevue, I wish the Kirkland location was still open, or this lfactorial location was in Redmond...
The lady who took our order has no patience, she rushed us to make the order the second we arrived. She didn’t let us look at the menu, and didn’t tell us what’s in the menu. We tried to order 2 sandwiches, one spicy and one none-spicy, it was impossible to communicate to her. She ignored all the order details and asked us ‘how many sandwiches do you want’, and gave us the same sandwiches anyway.The food was mediocre at best. The chicken was drenched in mayonnaise.
Friends will be so surprised to find out that I came here. However, it was for their Beyond Meat "chicken". I'm supporting their move to be more vegetarian friendly! Taste good, better than some frozen plant based "chicken" bought at grocery stores. The Asian guy who served us is so nice and polite! I felt like visiting a fine diner!
Tried the Beyond Chicken and fries. Very delicious, would buy again.
I really love this place but I have an issue with every visit. they usually give me diet Pepsi instead of regular ? or I ask for root beer and they give me diet something it's like the default drink, I'd just like them to tell me they are out instead of me paying $4 for something I'll toss out. and the other top issues is hair in the food and it seems to happen often when one lady is working. I'm not sure if it's the same woman at the front taking the money but either way I've had two different colored hairs it's so gross. I really hope they read this and do a health and safety overhaul so customers like me don't have to go to another location. I'm addicted to KFC and eat at this location almost daily so I understand that nowhere will be perfect when you are there everyday. So I will continue to come there what bothers me is when they don't answer the phone when I have an issue and can't go back right away then in the day prior to that they aren't able to replace because it was too long ago. I was going to apply for a job just to teach them the proper ways but I don't want to get sick of KFC ?. Please figure it out I'm really grossed out and sad I can't enjoy my Mac,n,cheese from here ever GET IT FIXED!!

I hope I can give 0 star to this KFC. The 2 piece leg and thigh was old and greasy. The meat tasted like from 2 days ago. We had to stay in the drive through for 20 mins and they ended up giving us old food. My wife was food poisoned by this location after eating their food.The Coke we ordered was literally 1% syrup + 99% water. The MOST WATERED DOWN soda I have ever had!!! How they cheat their customers is really “FINGER LICKING GOOD”!!!! Save your time and money for a more quality meal.
