Portions used to be great but as of yesterday are severely lacking. I have eaten here at least 15 times since October and have had no problems sitting in their chairs outside of their establishment. Yesterday I was told that I wasnt allowed to sit and eat in their chairs without a vaccination card but I could sit not more than ten feet away in the middle of the mall on the couches and eat. What sense does that even make?
Used to come here and there to eat, and the portions and taste was acceptable. However presently, the portions are abysmal and the taste isn't any better than gas station sushi. Not coming back.
Good fresh fish(not super-duper like in fine sushi restaurant, but what do you expect to get from $20 meal anyway?!). They now have an eel in menu as nice addon, and now have more non-spicy proteins and that makes me happy. Staff is very helpful, and not shy to put more than their spoon usually grabs initially. Great place for quick meal.
Best poké I've had in this state, will be back!
Tried here for the first time as it was conveniently close to work and craved some poke. Placed the order ahead of time for pickup. Nice experience doing so, there is ample parking, and once arrived to the place, looked for Pick-up area, found my food with my name, and walked out, all in less then 3 minutes. The food itself, however, was mediocre at best - had the Torched Bowl (Seared Salmon) for $16 ($18.62 with tax and tip included). For this price and an upgrade from their usual ($12-13 per bowl), I expected better, but the ratio of rice vs. fish is 2:1. The salmon is hardly seared at all, I can barely notice the taste. The sauce is okay, and the rice is good at least.Suggestion to the management - please reconsider putting in the extra aioli sauce on the side into the bowl itself. I didn't need the sauce at all, and having the plastic container with the sauce included in the food itself is pretty unsanitary, and unappealing. Not to mention, I have to take them out and it is covered in sauce.
This place is insanely good. The ingredients are on point, the seafood is fresh and the toppings are all solid. Everyone here was very friendly as well. Plus, they had spam masubi :)
Stopped in for a quick bite before hitting the Amazon Fresh store. Quick, friendly service. Ordered the spicey tuna bowl. Great selection of toppings.
Extremely poor management. Everything is disorganized. Food is shrinking in portion. Ordered the same bowl here, only received half the portion compared to other locations. The overall experience is terrible.
I’ll give two stars because for the most part the employees are nice. Management is terrible, they rotate through employees faster than a merry go round throws off small children. With each new batch of employees the portions get smaller. Today’s large looked smaller than the regular looked a year ago. I year ago I would be satisfied with the regular sized bowl, and today it was kind of pathetic to see what a large was supposed to be. I am pretty sure one time the manager or owner was present to take my order, most likely was short staffed that day. I always make slight modifications to one of their prefabricated menu bowls, because I like the base of it. When I wanted to add things to it, he got slightly snarky about how it no longer was what I ordered. I explained I did this every time and none of the other individuals ever complained to the customer about the order that was being made. After that experience with this person I realized why this establishment has such a rotating door of employees. Such a shame because 98% of the employees have always been so nice, so I doubt the turnover has anything to do with the hired hourly worker serving the customer. The portions decreasing so dramatically over the past year is not the person serving you either. I have never been to a different location to compare to Factoria. Such a bummer because the food is good for a quick fresh meal.
Not the best value, but quite good taste and excellent customizations in a mostly convenient location.
