This was once a pretty good location. Quick service, good food. In the past year or so it has dramatically fallen off. The food is fine, normal Jimmy John's fare, but the delivery has gone from good to abysmal. Delivery used to take between 10-30 minutes at most, but is now often well over an hour, sometimes as much as two hours. Sometimes orders just don't get made because the store has decided to close.

We just had a lunch for 50 catered by these guys. We are a construction company at the Microsoft Refresh. We start our day at 6am. Our lunch is at 10am. Tina and her crew started their day early in order to provide us all with box lunches. Their delivery was the perfect amount of early so we could set up the food and drinks for the crew. Big props to Tina and her team!

There site says open longer for delivery but of course not. That was lie. Luckily got a refund.

My reward is "a side of guac"? I used to earn free sandwiches. Or at least a bag of chips... I realize this is not the fault of the branch. But this is still kinda lame. A side of guac... wow. Really pulling out all the stops with that one.Otherwise always great food from this location. Great delivery times.

multiple times now I've made an order through the app only to have the store call to inform me there's no bread, or no drivers for delivery, or some other reason for not being able to fulfill my order, you've lost my business

The worst managed Jimmy John's anywhere. Constantly closing when they run out of bread (what kind of sandwich shop runs out of bread at 2pm when they are supposed to be open until 6pm?) or any other reason. 5 times now, including today, I ordered online well before their closing time, only to have them call me back and say they decided to close early. 2 of the last 5 orders have been incorrect. Done with this location. Will drive the extra miles to hit up another store or go to a competitor.

I placed an online order for a couple of sandwiches to go. I picked up my order and took it home. At home I found that they had put mayonnaise on my "Vito" sandwich. The Vito is not supposed to have mayo and I certainly didn't request it because I really don't care for mayonnaise. i wound up throwing my sandwich away as the bread was absolutely saturated with mayonnaise. Dripping on my plate, kind of saturation. I went to the Jimmy John's website and submitted a complaint. Someone from Inspire Brands (the Jimmy John's parent company) responded and apologized for the mistake. They stated that this is a franchised location and it was the responsibility of the franchisee to address the problem. They stated that they would forward my complaint to the franchisee and someone would be in touch with me. After one week I had heard nothing from the franchisee so I reached out to the Inspire Brands representative letting them know I had heard nothing. I pointed out that one bad franchisee spoils it for the whole bunch. The Inspire Brands representative apologized again and told me they would reach out to the franchisee once more requesting an update on how they were resolving the issue. Three more weeks later and I have still heard nothing. Not from the franchisee and not from the Inspire Brands representative. It's a sandwich that retails for around $7. They screwed up. At a minimum they should have offered a coupon for a replacement sandwich. When the franchisee failed to do that, Inspire Brands should have stepped up and made it right for the sake of their other franchisees. But nobody cares about losing customer. Not the franchisee, not Inspire Brands, and not the other Jimmy John's franchisees of the world. That is the problem with many businesses in America today. For any given location there is often no employee in the store with any skin in the game. They don't care, because they don't have to. It's not their loss. This particular franchisee appears to be an Illinois-based company that owns many of the locations in my area. In my desire to not do business with this particular owner again, and since it's nearly impossible to tell who owns any given Jimmy John's location, I have made the decision to avoid all Jimmy John's from now on. I enjoyed their sandwiches, but not their uncaring attitude.

Have tried making an order here two days in a row. First day they say their driver left over an hour early. Next day they say they're actually just closed, an hour before their listed hours.I like Jimmy John's, but I don't understand why the chains around here have the absolute worst management

Ordered online and by the time we got to the drive through window, our food was ready to go. Good service, good food, and online ordering keeps me coming back.

Closed on a weekend?? And their mobile ordering system has been down for weeks. Ooi Jimmy John’s what’s going on here??
