I’m in this store’s delivery area. Often times they simply do not offer delivery. There is another store two blocks away that I could order from but the website/app does not let me do it because I am assigned to this unreliable store. Store is at fault for unreliable service and corporate is at fault for not letting folks order from other stores if the one they’re assigned to does not deliver that day.

They should be taken off doordash.I ordered over an hour ago when the delivery time was listed as 18 minutes. I still haven't received my order, but the order is marked as completed.
Great sandwiches and service as you'd expect from JJ's. I stopped by on a Friday lunchtime and found the location not overly busy. With so many corporations having closed their downtown offices, this isn't too surprising. The online order system wasn't working at the time, but with no line to wait in, not a major concern. They made the sandwich in a minute flat and I was on my way back to the office in a jiffy!
What can I say? It's Jimmy John's. Was fast and every bit as good as I remembered them to be

Very fast delivery, which is expected from Jimmy John's. Recently placed an online order and made a mistake. The staff quickly answered the phone and was able to correct for me.
I understand why they deliver so fast. Because their delivery range is about an 100’ radius around the store. Their loss. Subs not worth the drive to the location.
I APPRECIATE YOUR HELPFUL STAFF! I was trying to fit in Christmas shopping as well as eating into my lunch break. I put in an order online but didn’t pay enough attention to which location (I’m new to the Bellevue area) & the gentleman working the front was more than helpful. I tried to be nice and hide my rush attitude but I knew they could tell. I didn’t get his name but the African American gentleman quickly took my order & i was in & out within 5 min! Thank you guys for acknowledging i was trying to hurry! I appreciate the effort! Next time i’ll place my order for the correct location!?
I could have ordered mexican food and had it in my hand faster than this Jimmy John's can make a sandwich. Ordered mustard on my sandwich and they gave me packets to put it on myself. Make the damn sandwich! Don't take 20 mins and then have me finish it. Embarrassing.
