Waiting for over 25 minutes to get only 2 drinks (1 large pomegranate smoothie + 1 kids strawberry banana) Not sure they are understaffed or not, service is messy. The pomegranate one is very watery tasteless but weird sour, like rotting fruit with too much water added.My kid’s strawberry drink takes forever to get. After seeing couple of people who ordered behind me got their drinks, I have to remind the staff twice that we are still waiting. The quality of the drink and service definitely not worth the time of waiting and money.
I love this guys. I bought a chocolate shake for my 5 year old and a large strawberry shack for myself today but my son didn't like his drink. I asked them to change it and allow me to pay for the upgrade but they did not charge me and gave me a new driver. Thank you to all the staff at this location.
We waited over 30 minutes for our drink and needed to cancel it. Unfortunately this was not the first time we waited quite long and they seem perpetually understaffed.
Whenever I place a mobile order here I always end up waiting at least 10+ minutes after the time it says it will be ready by. When I went in today I was politely trying to get the attention of one of the attendants making smoothies as I had just seen them put it in a cooler but no one would even look in my direction. I had to join the line and let them know I was waiting to pick up a mobile order, which defeats the entire point of a mobile order. Stick to Starbucks, at least their mobile orders are actually available when you go to pick them up.
