Usually JIB is pretty consistent with cleanliness, food and service which is why I search them out. Also I have food issues and am limited in my choices. But this was the worst service, overcooked food, more expensive than many better restaurants and a long wait (we had to pull over to wait from the drive through)...not only that, the guy forgot some of the order and we had to go back into the JIB to get what we needed. Not good at all!
Omg, I can't believe this place!! I ordered two sour dough burger combos, substitute one of the pieces of swiss cheese with American cheese, dbl checked three times that the guy understood. Get my order, and of course, the burgers are wrong, and terribly cold. The food was horrible. Definitely do not recommend this Jack in the Box. 100% dissatisfied
Seriously the slowest Jack in the box drive-thru ever time and time and time and time again! Have no idea why or why I keep going back!

30 minute wait in the drive through before they asked me to pull into another spot, just to wait another 10
The store staff have patience today while I was waiting for my food I realized that they were all working very hard and many customers offended them because they were already closed

Worst fast food place ive been they forgot parts of my orders a 3 times in a row and ordered a tripple jack with cheese and i got one patty in it! Would not recomend!
