There is a reason why this place is rated low. Horrible customer service from 2 of the staff members.Ordered 6 chicken strips and they refused to give more than 2 sauce.I had ordered two large shakes which they charged $2 more than the listed price. This extra $2 was other than taxes. When confronted they plainly refused saying they cannot do anything about it. Their system is charging more & listed prices are wrong. This is probably illegal too.
It's hit or miss here, they can't seem to stay open 24 hours like they advertise. Also they don't seem to want to serve good food, my burger was disgusting like it had been sitting under a warmer for at least 30mins. I suggest getting something they have to make like the tacos or egg rolls. The fries are always ALWAYS stale and gross, never have I ever gotten good fries from this location. The person taking the order at the drive through almost always has an attitude that's very off-putting and quite rude, I don't know how they keep getting away with this kind of service must be that the regional managers aren't doing their job and checking on their location.
It's up to Jack in the Box standards. Won't answer the phone so I know if they are open or not, fries are always stale and gross, burgers have the mouth feel of being under a warmer for way too long, etc. It would be so easy to make this location a much better experience but either the people in charge don't know how or don't care, those are the only two reasons it's not a GREAT place to go eat. This is mediocre at best, that's when the staff is super on the ball and everyone has had an incredible day, however, this almost never happens soooooo. You will get what you over pay for and that's not very good food, ever.
This place has really gone down hill, my burger was same size patty as a kids meal . Friars we’re overdone.. what happened to $2 burgers?
This Jack In the box hire young disabled people to dont paid them, and not even provide the W2 form for their taxes, and parents never can reach anyone in the corporate offices
Food is always sooo good their workers were mean but the food lol was good I can get over the meaness if the food is done appropriately because it's hard doing fast food plus I can see them most of the way make the food there not made to hide behind steel walls like many locations which makes me feel better after experiences at KFC Redmond.The only reason for a missing star was when sketchy people came in and appear to be on strung out and though and as long they didn't bother nobody that's ok I guess but sometimes they while I be in there they have to go tell people to get out because of issues and sketchiness.
Employee’s always have attitude. I can’t ever order without feeling like I’m rushed or disrespected. I ordered food many times here and they always seem to miss SOMETHING!!!! get better employees!!!!!
The worse food and service in Seattle! The beef patties were dry, the curly fries were refried and burnt. Then the cashier/food handler were rude as h*ll.And I thought this kind of experience only happens where I came from, the South! Guess I was wrong. If my hometown fast food restaurants are better than this one? You know you are the worse! Yes, you, Jack in the box! (At least this one).
Took forever to get through drive-through. Nobody would respond when I said i was ready to get my order taken. I honked and revved my engine. 10 minutes before paying and another 2 to get food.The food was hot and delicious though.
If I could, I would have given negative stars. This place or at least this location is worst than McDonalds. I have given it at least 5 times, and all the time the fries are ice cold and bitter (probably old ones refried), every time you say without cheese due to allergies, they put 2 slices of cheese. The orders we placed are not that complicated. Never going back to this location.
