Very nice food and service ?
First time dining here and the service was fast and satisfactory. It was too busy so we didn't have to wait.
Myrna, the waitress that we had is an exceptional waitress. She actually came from another establishment that I use to frequent. She is always on top of making sure everything is going well. I hope they keep the management good enough to keep the waiters and waitresses that have come from other locations. When you have a good waitress, it is heaven!
I work nights (9pm to 5:30am) and this IHOP is paid a visit at least 4 days a week by various coworkers, etc. Let me say, the service is fabulous! There is a Hispanic woman who 9 times out of 10 is working the graveyard shift, and let me tell you, she is just the sweetest, most attentive server ever! She calls everyone "Love" and "Sweetheart" and does her very best to make it a good experience. The food is decent(it's IHOP), but the grand service after a hard night's work makes it 5 stars!
Outside of the dad jokes from the waitstaff the experience was fine. I always enjoy the pancakes and had the all you can eat combo. No vax card needed anymore, quickly sat down and ordered.
IHOP is like Denneys in that is solid comfort food, and has many locations. IHOP is always the best for their amazing selection of pancakes and waffles. Their batter mix is slightly better tasting than Denneys, and you get a carafe of coffee instead of hoping your busy server can meet your refill needs. Obviously avoid peak rush times, unless you can wait at least a half hour before being seated.Our server and another server at this location we're absolutely amazing. In fact all of the staff were super friendly, which in the height of brunch with all the chaos, is a true testament of how friendly the staff are.
Great food and great service at this location. The best part it's open 24 hours. We stopped by around midnight yet this place was hustling and bustling. We tried the Harvest pancakes and Oreo shake. We found our new favorite pancake.The service was good as well.
Food was nice, service was not so good. Our server Fatima had us waited for our orders for 40 mins while people who came in later than us were already served. And later she took our payment card then forgot she had it for 10 mintues.
Bacon bacon omelet was delicious, cooked perfectly, and came with wheat toast.
I love this IHOP, but tonight they kind of messed up. Quick question. Is the bacon on a blt hot or cold? My opinion is should be hot. The bacon was cold like right of the refrigerator. It really changes the taste.Can the coffee cups be any smaller. I got tea and you couldn't be bothered to even fill it up. Please pay attention to the food a little. Seems like the food has gone south because of Covid-19.
