Underwhelming at best. The sushi was bland, the restaurant felt very dated and I hate to say it - it seemed dirty. Restaurant things out of place everywhere. It's a very confusing environment, as if at one time this restaurant was very beautiful; and yet while I wanted to enjoy it - I didn't. Oh and $4.00 for a flat Diet Coke, pesto dipping sauce, and $1 extra for every little request? No thanks.
Very nice sushi place, reasonable pricing, although not cheap, but a good restaurant to visit.
Enjoy the food, great price, good sushi, still need improvement with the server.. maybe he is new, but overall fantastic.. the patio also perfect for people who wanted to enjoy summer.
This was my first time here. Great restaurant and fantastic staff. The sushi was delicious and the view was fabulous. My friend and I went there for dinner and didn’t know when they close for the night. We literally stayed half an hour after their closing time but they were so polite and nice, they did not bother us at all. We realized it when we saw the restaurant is empty and the staff are cleaning the tables.Take your date to this fine establishment ?
I chose this place to meet my friends for lunch. We didn't have a reservation so they were told to wait about 5 minutes. So it may not be necessary to wait if you make a reservation for lunch. All the clerks are masks, but we are free.We had a sunny seat by the window. There are seats outside too.We ordered two I love sushi Kaiseki and one Japanese draft beer.I love sushi Kaiseki has 4 nigiri, a tuna roll, and 1 dish of eggs, udon, tempura set (shrimps and veggies),Nimono, Garnish...with miso soup.We couldn't finish the meal. It was the best service and good food.Thank you for I love sushi.
the sashimi here is so fresh!! the black cod gozen was delicious! agedashi tofu was good and I loved that they made the spider roll with fish roe. great service and ambience as well!
Probably one of the best Japanese restaurants in the Seattle area. It's located on a man made lake so it does has a nice view if you have a window seat during the day. The food is exceptional and I don't think I had a bad dish, would highly reccommend the sushi set for 2 in addition to appetizers. The complimentary tea whether green or barley is a perfect pairing, but extremely hot (I can't stress how hot the cups were). You really need to make reservations, otherwise you'll be turned away. The dessert selection is also not to be missed.
Great staff. Great service. Great food!
One of the best, most authentic Japanese sushi in Eastside. As a Japanese, I thoroughly recommend it. The atmosphere in the restaurant was calming. Worth every penny! I also have to say, the waiter was also providing great service.
I cannot express how much we like this place. Usually we call and make a reservation for busy times or we walk-in on a less busy day.Never had any issues with their quality of food and service. Great customer service and the food to match. We always get an I Love Sushi potato salad and then whatever fancies we're feeling. Haven't tried the whole menu yet because we get stuck on favorites. Will definitely be back and recommend to friends, family and anyone that wants to hear us spout on about it.
