Ordered mango matcha smoothie and Oreo strawberry slated cheese foam (cuz they ran out of mix berry) both with 50% sugarLove both, but would prefer the matcha one a bit more. Would say 20-30% sugar for the oreo strawberry would better (cuz 50% is a bit too sweet).Overall, good drink and good price. Would definitely go back again.
I don't feel welcome here. Wasn't greeted when I walked in and just stood there like an idiot for a couple minutes. Are you open...? Will you be right with me? Did I just walk into a doordash pickup only location? While I was ordering the girl taking my order started talking to the other girl working there and asked me to repeat my order. Just completely interrupted me while ordering. There are industrial sized boxes laying around... it just feels weird in here. Not coming back. Tea was okay but Tapioca Express is very inviting, cheaper, and right up the road.
They got rid of matcha milk tea, and put only a tiny amount of cheese cream on any drink that comes with that. The mango drink is very icy, there are big chunks of ice inside, and it's definitely different from what's pictured. My drink looks white with some mango bits, not yellow like advertised. I ordered an Oreo cheese mango smoothie, and asked for taro balls instead of Oreo. The drink came out without the cheese cream, and when I asked for it, the server gave me an annoyed look. She poked a hole on the plastic cover, didn't peel the entire thing off. Her coworker added a tiny bit of cream, and they resealed it, so my cup has 2 plastic covers. Normally I wouldn't mind, but I didn't like the attitude and the sloppiness.
Terribly rude staff when I came in to order a drink. They were talking in different languages saying rude and disrespectful things to me. As soon as I walked in, the unprofessional staff had an unwelcoming attitudes. Will no longer support this business. I will drive an extra 20 mins just to not go to this specific location.If I could rate this business zero stars I would.
This is my first time visiting a happy lemon store in Washington and I asked for my usual salted cheese foam ice cream. However, they don’t sell it here (it’s really yummy). Boba isn’t very chewy and watermelon lemonade drink with their usual sugar level is too sweet. Ube was alright.
Today was my first time here because I usually go to Bobae, Timeless Tea, or sharetea but this was my closest option. I got a classic milk tea with almond milk (none of their other milk teas can be made with milk substitutes and their milk sub options aren’t posted on their menu) with 30% sugar and half ice. I always order this at the places I listed above and it’s fire. This is the worst milk tea I’ve ever tasted because it was as if I got full ice and waited till it all melted to take my first sip.Service was also bad. There was 2 girls working and there were only 2 customers in front of me. They never smiled at me and when they called my number, I thought they’d hand me my drink like other places, but when she saw me waiting, she pointed at the top of the bar and said, “It’s there.”
I ordered less ice, but they gave me the drink that have a lot of ice , the ice level is already half the cup. I told the girl that take order: “ this is so many ice” she said “ it js already less ice” so your normal ice would be ice all over the cup??? I spend 7 dollar to drink ice??? This picture I post is already melted some ice, and it is still so many ice!!!
The bubble waffle concept is astounding. Try a regular bubble waffle combined with the oreo cookie spread. It's a tasty combination that doesn't overwhelm the senses with sweetness. Their taro and honey teas are also delicious, worth trying with boba.
I ordered freshly squeezed lemon green tea with 0% sugar level, but I got one that was super sweet. I used to always get the right one from the store but I am really disappointed today.
Friend ordered this to me. She didn’t know the name of the Uber drink I usually take from happy lemon, so she said purple taro. The staff thought she meant taro milk tea and made her that. After she explained, they substituted for her with the difference charge. Staffs are very friendly. But do prepare a bit of wait time there even not at busy times.
