I always have a great time when I come here, especially watching the noodle dance! It's very easy to get a reservation online and the staff is super welcoming and attentive. You order on an ipad which helps the food come out quickly. I recommend coming here with a larger group so you can try more options because they give a LOT of food. I was most pleasantly surprised by the skewers which have cilantro and peppers rolled into them. Their sauce bar is also fantastic and you can create awesome sauces to go with your meat.Easy parking in the garage in the basement which costs ~$10 for 2 hours.

We had a reservation, the restaurant is located inside a plaza looking area and is very clean and professional. Incredibly kind and helpful staff. The bathroom is located to the left immediately upon entering the restaurant. My sister and I have super long and thick hair and we were given hair ties on the house so we didn’t have to worry about our hair getting in the soup o.0. We got the 4 split soup bases, 2 spicy 2 not spicy just in case. Unfortunately I can’t remember 100% the bases we got but one was chicken and another might’ve been the haidioao styled bai-yu hot pot. We got 3 platters of meat and some veggies and a variety of mushrooms and a couple noodle helpings. We were a party of 5 and we were stuffed o.0 so so good. Best hot pot place we’ve been to so far! More options and better broth in comparison to Happy Lamb which is also a good restaurant. You make your dipping sauce though they give you recipes to choose from. There’s also options to grab salad or watermelon and what not is available there. They also have a robot that rides around following the waiters and delivering orders o.0

We went to visit my grandma in Texas recently and we decided to try Haidilao in Frisco. How about 10 stars!! Soup was amazing and friendly staffs. Employee Mei was amazing! She made us felt at home and really took care of my daughter Maylee. Highly recommend Mei.

HaiDiLao was one of my favorite hotpot places when I lived in Beijing - it's the perfect spot to celebrate a birthday ? or other big event. It's on the pricier side, but the food, presentation, and flavor are all high quality. I recommend the mushroom broth for the extra mushrooms, the dancing noodles for surprise entertainment, and any meats. ?? Daikon, black mushrooms, assorted meatballs, and bok choy are some of my favorite add-ins. The sauce bar is highly recommended to enhance flavor of what you dip in it - my fave combo is peanuts, garlic, green onion, hoisin, spicy beef, sesame paste, and assorted spices. Experiment !Hot pot is a family-style eating experience, so everyone orders and eats communally from the same pot of soup. Keep this in mind for people with allergies, germ phobias, or don't like sharing. We had 1.5 hour wait at 6PM on a weekend - I recommend reserving online or getting on the wait-list early. They did live Sun WuKong entertainment in the lobby and handed out chips, which improved morale for the long wait. It was a cute surprise. All the staff do not speak Chinese, so keep this in mind if you're planning to practice the language or use the secret codes.

We LOVE this place. The hospitality is amazing, from the very second you arrive. The waiting area is so much fun with Battleship to keep you occupied and snacks in case you need a pre-dinner munch.Dinner itself is soooo good and fairly priced for the quantity and quality of what you get. Fun robots bring you your food and there is always someone close at hand to make sure you have everything you need. Not to mention they provide aprons and hair ties to keep you neat and clean.Top notch service. This is an easy favorite place for us now.

It's not as expensive as I thought, given inflation has racked up prices. Our group spent $43/person and there was a lot of food, we even had 3 extra containers to bring home. Great services, very nice servers. No hand massage service at this location though. They gave me a free dancing noodle as a birthday gift. The noodle maker/dancer put on a great show, we enjoyed it. There are bags for masks, and aprons to wear. We ordered 3 soup broth flavors, which is plenty for 5 people. One of them is vegetarian. In fact they have quite a few available vegetarian broth options and many vegetarian ingredients. When they brought the pot out, they even asked me my preferred orientation. Will be back.

This is probably my new favorite hot pot. And that's really saying a lot considering how many we've been to. Haidilao is certainly more expensive than some others, not as expensive as the super posh HP, what sets them apart are all the small things that add up to an amazing experience and value. Our server Rachel was the most wonderful blend of attentive, polite, informative, helpful, funny, and at the same time not overbearing. When we ordered spicy and mushroom broth she brought out extra bowls and dished some scallion and Cilantro then spooned a bit of mushroom over it for each of us as a drinkable soup, our friend was waiting a few minutes for us so Rachel (server) brought orange slices and prawn crackers. And was constantly bussing empty plates, cleaning surfaces, adjusting boil temp to be perfect. The sauce bar had all the ingredients you could possibly want, the spicy broth had exactly the right heat level and touch of numbing peppercorns, just enough to experience it but not overtake the flavor. The mushroom broth had great savory and earthy yet clean flavor. And of course the meat and vegetables were all delicious.

They check vaccination card carefully, and it makes me feel more safety while I’m having dinner there. Tom Yum base now is my new favorite! I think their Tom Yum is better than some Thai restaurants. The server Jay Y is friendly and professional! Made our day!

This review is specifically for pickup experience only. We ordered two hotpot broth for takeout. The spicy beef butter broth is just ok, lack of true flavor of beed butter. Pork stomach with chicken broth is pretty good. The price however, is quite expensive compared to similar hotpot restaurants in the same area.

Best hot pot in the Seattle area. We didnt make a reservation so we ended up waiting an hour and a half in the lobby but there was plenty of seating and they offered snacks, drinks, and entertainment while we waited.Once we got seated they assisted with ordering so if this is your first time doing hot pot they will help you. They give you hair ties, aprons, and glasses wipes to help you stay clean. The service was absolutely amazing and the broths were so good.
