It was fine for a mall restaurant. Arrived with reservation, restaurant half empty but we still had to wait a few mins. We ordered the carbonara, clams linguine, pesto ravioli and cheese pizza. No one loved their entree but they were all OK/edible. The glass of Prosecco I ordered was flat; I wasnât motivated to exchange it. Quaint restaurant, attempting to look like an authentic Italian cafe, but struck us as a bit cliche and outdated. Nice enough staff. Overall, average experience but probably wonât return anytime soon. (Frankly, surprised by the high rating.)
Food was not very good One of the seafood meals was served cold instead of hot. The lasagne was dry Used to Love this restaurant but no longer. I will not be back. So disappointing. What happened????
Always a good time at this place. A hidden gem.
Fabulous authentic Italian restaurant! This was our first time dining at Firenze and we were not disappointed. We sat outdoors on the patio with the beautiful flowers and had a great meal and a wonderful bottle of wine. The owner greeted us with his gregarious, welcoming personality and the servers were friendly, accommodating and very helpful with the wine list and menu. The food was absolutely delicious and the wine list is impressive. We will definitely be returning!
A great place for Italian food. Great location, good for families. Try their private label wine.
Excellent as always!
Good food, good services. Environment is nice at a quiet corner of Crossroad Mall.
Overall. Not enough staff to handle a Tuesday night crowd. They took my wine order and 20 minutes the other drink was delivered . Did not come to check on our meal which was very good. Cesar salad was a bit soggy. Did not ask for coffee or dessert. Did not say good bye or thank you.
Fatherâs Day
Service and ambience was great. But past the grill taste, my Quail had no flavor at all, no salt, no pepper, just bland. This bird is a bit of a chore to eat, which would normally be no problem if the flavor made it worthwhile. My coworker loved her veal, so that's good. Too bad I can't say the same about my meal. The oversized carrots, though obnoxiously large, were seasoned well, but smaller (or baby carrots) would have been a better choice (the giant veggies made the main course actually look even tinier). Those were horse carrots :), feed them to horses.
