I ordered 25 Chicken Strip meals for an event on a Sunday morning, and both Shawn who took the order on Saturday, and Neil who was at the store during pickup on Sunday provided excellent customer service. All the meals were packaged and ready to go, AND the food was delicious and fresh. Thank you!

So disappointed in this place. The chicken has no flavour at all, please add some garlic or salt even. The fries were so dry and brown, they tasted like they were a week old. The potatoes in the potatoes and gravy were not even cooked or mashed properly. Really don’t understand the hype with Ezells. Sometimes it is ok and other times it’s just very bad.

Ezells, we're disappointed in you. Was the food all hot and prepared well? Certainly, hence the two stars. Did it have a famous flavor that puts it above any garden variety chicken joint? Sadly, no. In fact, it was most severely lacking in flavor. The fried chicken is just...fried chicken. No 11 spices ... or any perceptible seasonings. Maybe some salt? I think the Colonel got ya beat. The mashed potatoes are real potatoes and alright, but again, missed the mark with little to no butter and very little salt and pepper. Rolls were decent, but nothing distinguishing. Most horrendous, though, was that Mac and Cheese. Whew...y'know when some novice chef decides to make some Mac from scratch for the first time? They think it's as simple as melting some cheese over some cooked noodles and calling it a day? Yeaaahhhh. All unincorporated globs of unmelty, uncreamy cheese Unpleasant, overcooked noodles, and also severely bland.Sorry, Ezells, but really good prep work can't save some soulless, flavorless food

I had the spicy white meat chicken pieces and loved it. I have had it both dining in and take outs and it's been great both ways. Dining in was obviously better because it's hot but take out was still pretty fresh and I didn't need to heat it up in the oven to make it taste nice. The rolls that they have are also pretty great as well.Overall, I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for great fried chicken on a pretty decent budget. I personally like the spicy coating more than the original, it's not spicy at all.The service was quick, easy.

No idea what's all the hype about. Quite literally, it's just random pieces of chicken deep fried. No spices or marinade, nothing special at all. I swear, $5 grilled chicken from Costco is way tastier than this.Sides and rolls were good though.

We came in at 9:00, about an hour before close. I don’t want to sound too judgmental but staff seemed disinterested and focused on closing as soon as possible. To that point, we saw someone using a broom and then proceed to handle ready to eat food without washing hands or using gloves Ordered half pound of tenders but was only given 3 piece of real dry chicken that had been clearly sitting out for a while. Will not be going back.

Omg the service and food was amazing! Meme was so patient with us, helping us order as we are from Texas and wasn’t sure what to get. The gizzards were the bomb! Whenever I’m back in Seattle I am coming back here and I hope Meme is here.

The chicken was good. I don't care for their sides so I just got chicken and a roll. I really like their rolls - they are kind of like Kings Hawaiian. It was a bit busy but I got my order pretty quickly. Everything was correct in my to go order. I am fairly certain I have never received the wrong item in an order at Ezell's.The cashier was probably somewhat new and seemed unsure of himself - in fact he gave me more change than I was supposed to get. Buy he was friendly.

Literally the best chicken. The spicy is not very spicy but super delicious. The price is amazing as well. This place is a must if you have never been here before.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. Order in person unless you don't value your time and getting your order right.Ordered a normal 3 piece meal via their website for pick up. Showed up in 10 minutes when it said to show up. Gave them my name three times and showed them the order, but had to wait 30 more minutes before they "found" it in the back, after everyone who ordered in person had already got their orders and several Postmates and Doordash people that arrived after me also got their order. About half the people who got their food while I was waiting had issues with their orders. The chicken was pretty good, but would have been a lot better if it was 20 minutes fresher. Fries were soggy and lacking flavor. They also got my order wrong.
