I order here every time I go to Bellevue. Best salad in town. Amazing value for the huge portion.
Evergreen Salad is a healthier alternative to a health-conscious lifestyle. They offer Wraps or Bowls for building your salad. Variety of fresh vegetables from lima beans to fresh jalapenos Quinoa, brown rice, etc. I ordered the Sombrero style wrap with my additions included. Great choice of dressings for your food creations. The staff was friendly & professional. Evergreen Salad stayed busy as my fianceé dined inside to enjoy our meal. The dine-in area was fairly clean a few tables hadn't been wiped down. They do offer free cups of water. The only thing I noticed was staff wasn't washing their hands with each order they would just take off old gloves & put new ones on. Never seen anyone wash up before starting to make people's food. I am usually put off completely when staff doesn't follow through with washing hands. I didn't notice at first. Except, when I sat down every customer that came in was a glove change no hand washing. I hope you realize from a customer standpoint how this appears to someone eating the food prepared by the very staff that doesn't take the time to wash their hands before handling, touching food & food equipment. Also, I saw someone sweeping with gloves on? That is not food safety?Appears maybe you will touch unclean surfaces & maybe make someone some food right after completing a cleaning task.I also saw one employee touch other non-food safe surfaces & never changed his gloves.I only gave 5 stars because the food appeared & tasted fresh & I didn't get sick. I base this rating solely on taste, and presentation, after consuming the food. I felt great but worried because I had seen the staff not wash hands. Please wash your hands your customers can see everything you do. It's important to be aware of how you appear to customers.

The salads are great. The best salad ever. But the girl that’s working here is so rude. She was so frustrated with other costumers and she was giving us a bad attitude. Then at 7:55 pm she goes around and tells everyone that they gonna close so I was so stressed out to finish my salad. That was not a nice costumer service when you pay 20% tip.

Overall my bowl was good, satisfying, and the price was worth it for the quality. The only thing was the dressings I got were extremely oily and didn't have much flavor to them. Besides that, I'd recommend and would get a bowl from here again
Tried this place for the first time yesterday and the salad I ordered was unreal. DoorDashed it to work today and it doesn't come mixed which is unfortunate since it can't be too time-consuming in the process but I can't give this place anything less than 5 stars because the salad is ridiculously good. The cilantro lime dressing is the truth!
I reached at 7:56, drove from Seattle just to get the salad since this was open up until 8 . The server told me to “leave the restaurant” . I showed her that the clock on my phone says it’s 7:56 PM she said it’s 8 . And u should leave. Very rude behaviour of the server and they didn’t take the order. So if u guys close before 8 do mention that on the website please !
Great tasting salads and good value for money. The only reason why I reduced a star was because it is extremely hard to get the bread with the salad. It's almost always out of stock.
Salads are very crispy and tasty.They offer a wide range .But parking is the problem.We had to drive around a few times till we got a slot.Taste of the salads is worth the wait.
