This place is my daily smoothie shop. After today's experience I will have to strongly consider returning. When I arrived, my bowl wasn't ready no big deal. When I asked about it "they were making it". With a snippy response I paused as I was set back by the rude response. I calmly asked about the quality and consistency of the bowl as I get one almost every day. I was berated with responses such as I the customer was wrong, every other person who makes them is making then wrong. This is only a start of what was told to me. After I asked for the managers number, I tried to call and was met with a dead end voice mail. Before you go to this store, please make sure you prepare to be met with a very intense employee. I have over 60 points on my card for frequent visits SMH
I came here this morning. My son and I each ordered a different açaí bowl. We each took a few bites before tossing them. Mine was too sweet, icy and just had sugary coconut on top. It was called vegan berry, but there were no berries. My son’s had an ice cream scoop of sweetened peanut butter plopped on top. I g go ave no idea why it’s so highly rated. Oh and the peanut butter was revolting.
I have loved emerald city smoothie for years now. They have the BEST smoothies in town. Always nice staff, helpful, and I always love the happy vibe! Can’t wait to come for years to come!!
Emerald Smoothie is my favorite smoothie place ever! They use actual fresh ingredients and have options for any kind of smoothie or açaí bowl you could want. Love it!
Favorite place for a good drink recently. I’ve been a couple times in the last week and I love the service. Sometimes there is a lot of people but for the most part, it’s quick and easy.
Everything here looks great. And most is that my family and I enjoy to eat healthy. Perfect place for healthy nutritions.We are from a different city and chose to come here.
