I was so looking forward to eating here, but in the end, only the service was top-notch. First, finding the parking where the restaurant validates tickets was elusive. I never did find it. I used the parking that uses the same entry driveway as the restaurant and the parking was under the Microsoft building. Despite being right next door, this wasn't the correct parking. And nowhere on El Gaucho''s website does it ever address parking, so that was $15. The picture is of my $76 ribeye (plus tax and 20% service charge) ordered medium rare. It turned out being cooked medium and the meat was full of fat and gristle. Additionally, the meat was tough and chewy, which I definitely would not have expected with their claim of dry aging and superior beef. I've truly had much better steaks bought from Fred Meyer and reverse seared. I wanted to love this place but sadly it was a bad experience, except for having awesome service. It could be it was just an unlucky day for me and the steak I received is not indicative of what's normal there. But for $150, my expectations are high for anywhere and every meal should be top-notch.
Great ambience and relatively full for a Tuesday night. 6:30 pm seating; filled at 6:15 pm and out 9:15 pm with no rush.

Good quality and quantity value, staff is excellent (I like the outfits). Some dishes are prepared tableside. Got to experience live music and traditionally crafted cocktails. Overall amazing!
We stopped at the bar before our reservation and had a lovely time with Shawn! Delicious cocktails and his service was very entertaining! Our server, Colette was also wonderful. Highly recommend the table side flaming tenderloin. I didn’t catch his name but the man who does the table side bananas-foster service is our favorite. We’ve had him before and adore him every time.
