Food was very good. Service was slow due to shortage of servers.
Wish I could leave zero stars I would. The food was nasty. The kids Mac and cheese was smothered in beer cheese! The flat bread was just bad, the cheese smothered everything else. The burger it was under cooked. To make matters worse the freaking chair broke while I was sitting in it. Then the check came and it was $50- okay no problem my daughter wanted the $6 ice cream so we added it. Check comes back and now it’s $70… they are ridiculously slow. To get a refill on a drink is insane.

Service was slow and unknowledgeable. Food was terrible, Cook didn't have a clue sending out burned meatloaf and after sending back I get back the same plate with cold sides and a big chunk of meatloaf missing from the center. Manager Chris was excellent and immediately comped entire bill

We had reservations for 10 people, and we called multiple times to let them know we were running 15 minutes behind. When someone, very stressed out & not friendly, picked up he proceeded to tell us that ALL Open table reservations are voided since they have no access to their reservation system. That was 10 minutes before our reservation time. Absolutely the worst service and response to something that the restaurant should control. That was a prom dinner almost ruined, but thanx to last minute maneuver we were able to save the night. I Don't recommend this place to anyone...go somewhere else.
I really wanted to love this place but so disappointed. Food was overpriced for what it was. Pork ‘Banh Mi’ looked like frozen pork patty served on a hamburger bun. One server was completely disengaged and did not want to be working. He brought out our food and said things like “we are out of those crouton things.. but uh here is the rest of it” and “here is another one of those chicken…things…” (in reference to the fried chicken sandwich) and literally dropped the plates on the table. Does not create the most appetizing experience.
Perfect for date night
Super fun place for the kids. The host was pleasant but the service was poor- there were only two floor staff that we noted, and we had to flag down someone anytime we needed something. The food was not great and was not worth the high price of our dinner.
