This place is a magical journey through dough and meat! The noodles are amazing, the soup dumplings are a symphony of joy exploding in your mouth! The staff was attentive and courteous and the food comes the moment it's ready. This is an experience not to be missed!Incredible food, fun atmosphere, and delightful staff.

Delicious fare! And surprisingly, they’ve a bunch of vegetarian options!! I loved their vegetarian Ma La noodles! Their vegetable potstickers, vegetable dumplings and Dan Dan noodles are all yummy! ?Most of the dishes are kind of small plate-ish. My friends I typically order for the table and share and that’s a good way to try different dishes and bond with your friends too! This Dough Zone was full when we visited on a Wednesday evening. However, we only had to wait for 5 minutes to get a table. And, their staff are courteous! ?You can find parking around the block - but, if not - you can park in the building and the parking can be validated at Dough Zone. Just inform your wait staff about the parking.

First off they were courteous, clean, and covid conscious. We went just before lunch time, but even then I think we would have felt like we had plenty of space. The experience as a whole felt fun but sleek. If you get nothing else get the Xiao Long Bao / chicken soup dumplings! My God, they’re amazing. This was my first experience with these and I get it now. Wow. They made me want to order a bamboo steam basket and make recreating them my new hobby. The dough was so tender it gave way to our chopsticks with little effort and flooded our spoons with brothy goodness. Excellent flavor that was neither too rich or modest. I wish we got a double order.I will order gyoza or potstickers almost whenever I see them on the menu somewhere. So fried wonton dumpling was the dish I was most experienced with. The pork and scallion felt familiar and wonderful and just a little more substantial compared to how delicate the soup dumplings were. They also had ever so crispy bottoms, which might be why I love them so much. That light crunch with the comforting warm pillow of savory goodness. It secures them as one of my favorite foods in general. Before you think I was just starry eyed for any food and it couldn’t have all been that good - it wasn’t. I expected a crunchier punch of veggies from the scallion pancake, but instead it was mostly just wafery and crispy and not a lot else. To me, it tasted more like flour than anything else but my husband liked it. In all transparency, I based my expectations off of unassociated instagram posts so that’s not too fair. Still didn’t love it when dropping that comparison.Dan-Dan noodles were intensely flavorful - almost too much so for me. There was a lot of strong peanut, vinegar, and salty umami fighting it out for supremacy. It seemed that the saltiness won out. Again, my husband took over that dish.We finished by splitting a red bean bao bun which had the perfect amount of bounce and light sweetness.

Wanted to have a quick Monday lunch at Monsoon but they were too busy and crowded. Picked this one because the place was mostly empty. However, when I asked for a window table, the employee said she can’t sit one person on those 4 top table. But! if I have another person, then 2 people will be okay, as there’s a 4 top table taken by 2 women already. There were more than TEN 4 top tables (including 5 window tables) stayed empty the whole time I was there 12:30~1:30.A smart restaurant usually will fill their window seats 1st, so will give a “busy” impression to the street. Obviously, this employee was not the sharpest knife in the drawer. Or she simply just does NOT know/care how to be flexible when the restaurant is NOT busy at all. Their chairs are all hardwood or metal with NO cushion. Customer’s comfort seem like the last thing they care.Well, this’s Bellevue, plenty of good restaurants everywhere!

I frequent this location using Door Dash and it seems like there is something wrong with my order every single time. Until now, the issues have been minor enough to where I don’t complain but I’m so disappointed today that I can’t ignore it anymore.Every time I order, my food is delivered with no utensils, no napkins, and no sauces. Today was no different.Except today was worse because today my wontons were delivered and the box was flipped on it’s side and all the sauce has spilled out covering the bottom of the bag in sauce. So now I have dry wontons and my pot sticker box is soggy…no big deal I can still eat the pot stickers…unless…yeah, they didn’t give me any sauce. So now, I have dry wontons, dry pot stickers, no utensils, no napkins, and no sauces. You know it’s bad when you come to expect consistently terrible service from a place that you love eating. So unfortunate that I finally have to say goodbye to dough zone.

I have a good and trustworthy account manager that allows me to withdraw my profits anytime I want and I can monitor everything going on in my account when she is busy trading with her expert team and I don't have issues with pending withdrawals. I must admit that she's a very honest woman. I have no way of thanking her than letting people know about her services and recommend her for everyone to trade on her platform. She's 100% accurate and up-to-date. Kindly contact Mrs. Anita crypto fx:

Ordered lots of food including frozen dumplings and pork buns. They didn't give the driver my frozen foods. Spent an hour on the phone going between the restaurant and customer service trying to get my frozen food delivered ($100+) and they couldn't do it. Maybe the in-person experience is better, but delivery is awful.

I was lucky enough to experience so much of the menu here do to an en masse order of food for the day after a wedding of two wonderful friends. SThe staff was amazing, quickly in an out with dripping food while also being super attentive to people asking for information or additional sides. The food was exquisite. Everything I ate made me want to get seconds of that thing, even as more arrived. It was all so insanely delicious I don’t think I ever got seconds of something because I was always so happy with the next best newest thing. 10/10 amazing food. Amazing staff. And all while knowing it was a safe space to be.

Arrived into Bellevue from Vancouver late on a Friday tired and hungry. My son suggested that we have a quick bite at Dough Zone, a place close by that specializes in authentic Chinese buns, and regional noodle dishes. My initial thought was who in their right mind would name a Chinese place the “Dough Zone”. The name sounded more like a bakery or pizza joint than a dumpling house so I was keen to try it. Even though it was late there was a wait outside so it must have been a good sign of the goodness to come. After a short wait, we ordered a bunch of dishes that included the Xiao Long Bao, Q-Bao (pan fried pork buns), Chicken Veggie Wontons with Chili Sauce, Ma La Noodle, and Beef Noodle Soup. The food was somewhat underwhelming, to say the least (there are an abundance of dumpling houses in Vancouver/Richmond). The Xiao Long Baos had a nice soupy filling but do not rival those at Din Tai Fung. The wrapper was way too thick, not thin and delicate like theirs. The Chicken Veggie Wontons were nestled in a chili sauce that was not very savoury, pungent or numbing. The Beef Noodle Soup lacked a rich, depth of flavour and braised beef (more like scraps). The vegetable dumplings with bok choy, mushrooms, grass noodles and tofu, were lacklustre with no discerning flavours. There were some high points. The Q-Bao, filled with Berkshire-Duroc pork, are steamed and then pan-fried for a crispy, crunchy bottom. They were delicious, plumb and chewy with a nice texture. The Ma La Noodle, made with Chinese peppercorn, chili and other seasonings was nice and spicy. The food is decent and reasonably priced so recommend you give it a try.
