Honestly NO.I typically will pick up a pizza from the Downtown Seattle Belltown location (mainly because it’s near my work) and the pizza there is ALWAYS fresh, crisp and aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. Well I decided to place an order at this Bellueve location (2 pizzas both thin crust) via the app. When the app informed me the pizza was ready I walked in. I should’ve checked the pizzas right there and then.Both pizzas were lacking toppings … okay cool I paid for 3.toppings)Both pizzas were lacking sauce…okay cool it’s super dry.Both pizzas were cold when I got home which I reside just several minutes away…okay coolBoth pizzas were a waste of money….okay coolIt’s like eating a dry a** cracker. LolLike I kinda want my money back.
I went there on three separate occasions with three identical experiences. You stand there, and everyone continues to do whatever they're doing and ignore you until you say something. When the order is done, they don't bother to ask if you want condiments nor do they bag anything. You have to tell them everything. And they always mess up the order. I ordered hot wings, and got barbecue. They refuse to show hospitality. Strange people.
I see a lot of negative reviews down here. Not sure though.. But i want to give a try and ordered through dominos app in mobile to this store and its as quick as I see it is ready. I went and picked up.
Always a 50:50 toss up at this store if we’ll get what we ordered. I always have to check if we get the icing to go with the cinnamon sticks. They remembered last week but had given us garlic bread instead of cinnamon. Week before the pizza with bbq sauce had no sauce at all.
This place has gone down hill. Inconsistent quality and proportions, x3 slower delivery than the eta., avoiding tracking and in-website rating by not following proper delivery protocal. I will be avoiding this location from now on.
Ordered thin crust mushroom and pineapple. Received cold, burnt, thin crust with a few mushrooms, a little pineapple, and olives. Not sure why they put olives on my order.
Try your best avoid this location! Ordered a build your own carry-out. We were told they are doing cash only after we arrived there to pick it up. Had to spend 10min to find an ATM and pay some transaction fee. And they weren’t even bothered to keep the pizza warm. It’s totally cold when we got it. There’s also no lights (at night) at all except the back kitchen? Maybe their new cost efficient strategy?Also, they won’t give you “extra” even you ordered extra. I used to order the exact same pizza from other locations and the pizza was always loaded! Instead, it looks sadly bald.
Only 1 employee doing everything, and he was amazing. Everything was on time and perfectly done. I go there regularly, staff is friendly and pizzas are extremely well made.
The hours are wrong for this EastSide Bellevue location, both on Google and on Domino's own website. I called at 9:40pm on Tuesday and they were closed, but the website claims open until midnight. I was redirected to a BAD call center with weird people laughing and strange sounds in the background. After a long process they told me the Bellevue store was closed and I'd be redirected for carryout to some strange far-away Dominos.
Terrible service, please avoid ordering from this store. Order was 2 hours late, cold pizza and best part is that the store is not even sorry.
