We ordered our food from the Domino's located at 3710 Factoria Blvd SE C, Bellevue, WA 98006. We were informed that our food would be ready at a certain point in time. We showed up at that time to receive our food only to be told our food was late and would be ready in another 10 minutes. We then waited 15 more minute and returned to the store. I stood around in the lobby for another 20 minutes for my food. Eventually one employee checked the finished order rack and handed us food that was completely cold.
We like this location for carryout - the employees are friendly and the pizzas always come out great.
I am impressed. The order was filled and delivered to us so fast. The expected time was a half hour and it was probably more like 15-20 minutes. The food was great - though too spicy for my taste. (Next time I’ll get the basic marinara sauce.) Highly recommend the Dominoes at Factoria.
ordred 12:08pm, still in prep by 12:54pm, still in quality check by 13.30. called store and the one preped the order claim that will be delivered in 20mins. refused to cancel or refund. so if a system promised 45mins order takes 2hr to deliver. lunch becomes dinner. ymmv. i'm done with this domino place. better yet 13:35 still in quality check
They consistently forget the icing on cinnamon deserts. Literally only buy these for them, kinda sucks when you never get icing even if you add extra to an order. Baked apple crisp is complete joke, doesn’t even cover the dish for $8. Not even remotely like the pictures advertised. Also considering they didn’t fill it to the correct amount it burned on bottom. $8 for three spoon fulls of burned apple.
Always impressed by the quality of this Dominos. Other dominos I’ve ordered from can be hit or miss, but this one is always quick to deliver, accurate, and cooked excellently. Ordered here at least 15 times over the past year and never had a bad experience.
Food is usually good, and notably accurate given my odd taste. The classic garlic crust lacks a lot here. Delivery drivers have also been nice. What’s been a consistent problem is not getting the sauces we pay extra for, it’s happened every time the past few times now. What gives? Doesn’t matter if it’s cinnamon twists or Parmesan twists you aren’t getting ANY sauce from them.
Closed at 9 but the online ordering system still accepted my order and said it was ready. Went to pick it up and see the sign on the door that they’re closing earlier than posted online. Two employees inside look at me and no one says anything. I call and get a shoddy “not sure why it says it’s ready; we didn’t make it” and then I say; well you saw me standing outside and didn’t say anything to which they say they didn’t see me. When we made eye contact. Horrible service
Worst Domino's experience ever! They took my pickup order even though their oven wasn't working at that time (I didn't know that). An hour later, waiting at the store for over 30 minutes, all they did was refund my order. The best way to handle this would be to ask me if I wanted this order delivered for free later that evening or give me the order for free for a later pickup. They shouldn't have taken my order when their oven was down. Horrible customer experience!
The delivery guy was very polite and food was super hot. Definitely its going to be like just out of the oven.
