I don't understand why you have to give them one star they don't even deserve this much. This branch lost my order for our company picnic and while that's inconvenient the reaction we got from the owner of the franchise was unbelievable rude and abrasive personThe restaurant is filthy the floor looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years and you can enjoy a healthy dose of abuse from somebody who should not own a restaurant absolutely positively never do an order over the phone or for pick up with this branch they are completely incompetent and don't seem to care about their customers save your money or go to another branch
Their eat in experience is back to being what it was pre-covid, meaning they have their sauce bar back and you can get free soft serve on a cone when you eat in.Also, you get a drink included with your meal when you eat in and you can exchange your bread side for corn bread at no additional charge when you eat in.The staff are courteous, their BBQ meats are delicious, and the place is very clean, so it’s a win all around.
3 meat plate . Only 1 BBQ rib , 2 slides of beef roast and like 50g of pork.for 35 dollars. They even forget to put the sauce the I pay extra . They should be measuring the portions.
Good barbecue: I took everything to go. The ribs were just great. The brisket sandwich was also very good. My side was potato salad, which I think had some mustard added. The staff answered all my questions and were super polite. Corvid protocols are in effect be prepared to behave accordingly by wearing a mask before you enter the shop.
This place is really good. The Buffalo chicken Mac is amazing. The place is clean and the people were really nice!
Tried to go there for lunch, I didn’t have a mask on me, but the cashier was telling me to get one on even though he was wearing it under his nose. Another person was there without a mask and the cashier didn’t tell him to do anything. Complete BS customer service.Quick tip: FIX YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GET YOUR EMPLOYEES TO FOLLOW THEIR OWN RULES.
The bbq pulled pork combo is really good. Highly recommend!
Not very friendly staff, I ordered two meals but was handed one. I asked about their Tanglers but wasn't sure what they were called at first and was blown off. When I asked for the second meal the sides were assumed to be the same, buy not asked. I felt like they were in a rush to get me out the door, there was no hi when I walked in. No we'll be right with you after standing there without being acknowledged for a good couple minutes. Is that all or anything else I can get you??? These questions make a difference. So when workers complain about what they are paid hourly....thank kids like this! I will not be coming back.
Small portions and a high price. Tiny pork ribs, half missing meat and the brisket was underseasoned and underwhelming. Not sure what happened with them but I don't think I'll visit this location again.
Tony the manager is amazing to deal with. He accommodated all my needs for 75 boxed lunches. He went above and beyond by carrying out all the lunches to my car. He opened early to meet a 11am deadline. I definitely will be back! Thank you Tony!
