This place was by my hotel. Not a vegetarian. But I stopped in as I walked by. I got the Shahid paneer & garlic naan. Wow. It definitely wasn't watery like other comments mention.Took me back to my friend's wedding in London. Which was a 800+ guest attended 3 day Punjav Indian wedding. This dish and naan reminded me that. It's pricey... But so is the entire city of Bellevue.Staff was friendly and great.I will come back!
I've been to so many Indian restaurants for North Indian/Punjabi Food. This place failed others. Awesome food, Authentic taste. My fav hotspot for North Indian food.Must Try - Naan, Sarso da Saag, Kulche Chhole, Paneer Prantha, Amritsari Kulcha and enjoy Punjabi Songs.
Perfect North Indian style food - creamy and not too spicy. Most of the places serve frozen samosas that are small, this one was fresh and yummy. Shahi paneer was really good. Mint chutney was the best.
Was tasty and clean place to eat. Each dish was fresh and warm, my two children very enjoy each bite, highly recommended !
Really authentic north Indian food. Taste is very similar to what you get in india. Totally recommend this amazing place.
I don’t usually give bad reviews but would like this place to really improve on the quality/ taste of Indian food being served. Kadai paneer was especially very bad. The paneer was so hard felt like it was still frozen for some reason. We had ordered butter naan and it dint look like the naan had any butter at all. Frozen naan available in Indian grocery stores is of better quality in comparison. Okra (bhindi masala) was also bad.If you have to come here, daal makhani is the only thing worth trying.Quantity was also less in comparison to the prices on the menu.Bellevue has so many good Indian restaurants, and we hoped we will have another good option closer to home but we are extremely disappointed.
Excellent North Indian food. Everything we ordered had homemade taste to it, which we really enjoyed. We ordered Chef’s Special Thali, Chole bhature, Pani Puri, Aalo Chat papri, Samosa chat, Aalo tikki chat and mango lassi. If you are craving authentic Punjabi food, this is the place to go.
Horrible food. I usually don't give such poor reviews.Shahi Paneer had more peas than paneer..lacked any flavour but turmericPaneer Tikka masala had more turmeric than the other one...Their naan was premade that they heated up before the order.. subpar qualityI am never eating/ordering here again
Lousy food. Sorry chef.I’m posting the picture of Kadai PaneerNever seen such a watery dish. It tasted like like masala water and paneer cube tossed in.Naan was rubbery.Cauliflower Pakora was supposed to be crunch but it was oily and soggy.
Good ambiance.Ideal location. Tasty food .Delicious.Not too spicy.Smells good;tastes nice.Only blemish ☝️I got a human hair in my rice.? But we have a superstition amongst Tamils.” A hair in the food intensifies the relationship between the host & the guest” ?That way it is good ?Thanks ?Will want to come again ?
