There was literally no one ahead of me, but for some reason, I had to wait 15 minutes for my order to come out. Turns out, the person at the register didn’t ring up my entire order ? Instead of quickly ringing me up and cranking out a blizzard, they told me to go to the end of the line of about 10 families. They’re just teenagers and I think they need some more training.
Great food and friendly staff. The chicken strips and ice cream I ordered were fantastic. An orange soda option would be a great addition however. ??
So much cherry syrup in my blizzard it was inedible. I ordered a very cherry chip blizzard, I understand that it should taste like cherry but this was ridiculous. It tasted like cough medicine it was so strong. You can even see the syrup all frozen/caked on all over the side of the cup.
The workers are not taking pride in their job, the ice cream cone came out really fast and sloppy. I worked at a Dairy Queen in high school in the 90s so I know how they should properly do the cones. They don’t stir the chocolate mix properly before dipping the ice cream into it. Comes out really sloppy. Been coming to this location for over 10 years and it’s been good but recently went down.
Im not a Karen but I live in downtown Seattle but really wanted dq so I drove the 15mins, ordered my food, had to repeat myself multiple times(which i understand cuz the masks), but this maybe 16 yrold boy looked glazed over from ?, which fine but if u can’t do ur job wait till if the clock. Wanted a basket but was charged for individual nuggs, but didn’t that, so didn’t come with fries or toast, so had to pay for that individually, cuz he said it didn’t come with it, had another employee check my receipt and see if I paid for basket, which I did, she refunded me and make my fries and toast which I appreciate and apologized for holding everyone up.Also ordered New York cheesecake blizzard, which looks like…a volcano, honestly idk what else to say this is pretty long already so goodnight Seattle….
Would give -10 stars of I could! Went there tonight and got a double loaded A-1 steakhouse burger combo. Took a bite and thought I had mostly onion rings in my mouth by the stretchy- kinda chewy texture of it. I pulled the sandwich away and it just stretched and slid out a long piece, in which half of it landed on my chin. I reached up to pull it off only to notice it wasn't the inside of a onion ring, it was a practically RAW piece of bacon! I mean it was so uncooked it looked like they took it out of the cooler and kinda run it through the same room as the grill, passed it up, and put it on the burger as is! It wasn't even warm, when I bit into it, and I had just got it,sat down in my truck, and started eating it! Like wow nice one! ?????? No thank you DQ!? I did not order food poisoning or worse for dinner! I am not going there again! I wouldn't recommend anyone else to either unless they wanna get sick and possibly die! Shame on you DQ!
bro these teens working there weren’t doing anything and took fifteen minutes to get my SMALL blizzard out to me and there wasnt even a line. they weren’t wearing gloves and the young person who handed it to me had greasy long hair flopping on his head and that type of hair with no hair nets or sanitation measures is not sanitary for a food workplace. the blizzard wasnt even blended.
Terrible location and greedy franchise owner. They only care that you place the order so they can charge you and make the orders however they feel not first come first serve. Their business model relies on pushing expenses nd wait time to contracted delivery drivers instead of learning how to use the system and admit that they aren't starting orders until someone arrives. Drivers must wait in line with those ordering to notify of an order that was ALREADY placed and which isn't started until then. Then wait in freezing rain for orders that were supposed to be ready long before. Then the drivers that the poor reviews for this terrible management style and incompetent ownership.Also, has anyone looked into the inside of this location. Seems to me a health inspection is desperately needed. Be aware of where you order from. #TransparentAmerica
Burgers were dry and not fresh. Buns and patty were not fresh. Onion rings came burned. Missing items and messed up shake flavor. Good quality is poor. It used to be my favorite place but lately I see young and underage employees who don’t care about food quality and customer service.
What is the point of mobile ordering when I still have to wait in line to check in before my food is brought out :(Food is usually good here, never made alterations so I can't speak for accuracy in that regard.We just tend to avoid this location because picking up your food always feels like a hassle and awkward
