Very good food and nice ambience. Part of a hotel but don't allow that deter you it is worth a visit. Staff are very friendly and pleasant. The great food is delivered in great presentation and great portions. 10/10 would eat here again
DELIGHT AND DELICIOUS WINES WHICH IS OLD AS GOLD THAT REMAINS FOREVER
We stayed at the Westin Bellevue for two nights over Easter long weekend. We eight at Cypress lounge twice. Be breakfast buffet was delicious and there were endless options. The made-to-order omelets were delicious. We ate the Easter brunch was worth every every bite. Thank you so much to Yuki and Keivan Rodd. Excellent service from both of them.
Back doing business travel again and you appreciate a good meal with good service. The service was very good and friendly. I had the Salmon and it was cooked exactly who I asked it to be.
Great atmosphere. Quiet so you can actually have decent conversation with your party. Good was amazing! Ordered some small plates to begin with. Chicken wings and fries were delicious but the Artichoke chicken Flatbread was Devine!Our party had the lemongrass chicken as an entrée and that was his. The salmon was juicy and the steak was cited to perfection.Drinks were strong and good as well.Only drawback? You're just gonna have to wait a good 30 mins for all of them to arrive!Although it wasn't a busy night, the kitchen was pretty backed up and everything was behind.Pandemic issues are real and is unfortunate that the servers have to work extra hard to please everyone.We didn't make a deal of this as our server was doing the best he can.All in all, i would love to come back when all these staffing issues gets resolved.
If you're like me, you eat out for the people as much as the food. Jon-Jon and his crew made our meal a beautiful way to start the day. The omelet was gorgeous: goat cheese and artjchoke! They have many ingedients to choose from, just in case my nirvana isn't yours. Say hi to Jon-Jon for me ♥️

My wife and I tried Cypress Lounge for breakfast recently. Very good breakfast. Although not a lot of selection, quality was very good. Their omelets were terrific. My wife really enjoyed her scrambled eggs with avocado on the side. There selection of 4 different juices were also very good. Service was friendly as well.
