I ordered a custom cake from this location about a week ago. When I arrived, my cake was unfortunately not ready. However, the location owner was there, and he immediately apologized and went above and beyond to fix the error. He personally delivered the cake to my house the next morning, in advance of when we needed it. I live about 30 mins away from this location and that did not change his insistence that he would bring the cake to me. This was some of the best customer service I have experienced. I see some recent reviews complaining about slow service. People need to keep in mind that there is a restaurant and service industry staff shortage across the nation. Have some patience and appreciate the staff that are showing up.

Yummy ice cream with so many flavors and combinations. Signature creations are very different and best in taste...? bit expensive if you go with big cup with waffle in it.
It was fantabulous! You can never go wrong here as they take and blend by hand the flavor of ice cream with all the toppings you desire, in contrast to just scooping it and throwing the toppings over the top.

My wife and I waited 30 minutes today just to get some ice cream, there were two staff on duty and only 4 customers total waiting in line to order (we were next in line), but the staff did not even acknowledge our presence and we kept waiting for nothing, it was really rude and unprofessional.We ended up leaving because we weren’t acknowledged or even helped at all.
Staff was nice, but the ice cream is just bad. Pistachio ice cream tasted nothing like pistachio. I really don’t get the popularity.
It's my birthday. As a grown man sometimes I want a Super Mario birthday cake ice cream with star sprinkles. They dashed my hopes and dreams because they ran out of star sprinkles. They also did not wish me happy birthday when I told them it was my birthday. Lastly when I asked for a spoon they put it on the dirty counter instead of handing it to me.1 star cause the ice cream was good.1 star cause the girls working here are cute.
