Customer service was pretty bad. My friends and I walked in and a guy told us to get out cause he had to use the bathroom badly and was very unprofessional about it. He closed and locked the doors and walked away. We decided to leave after that cause the experience made us uncomfortable. Never returning to this location ever again.
The stuff is as helpful as it can be, I mass looking for a box of vegan candies and got exactly what I was looking for!
This ice cream is so thick and yummy that it broke my spoon. I give the spoon a 1/10 but the actual ice cream a 100/10. Great dessert and service, i will be back
my friend and i went to this coldstone, and the worker xavier was funny and nice. we got a make your own ice cream bowl, and we asked if he could put it in two separate cups. he said yes, best service ive had in a while!!
Typically receive good service, but may need to up the training as employees weren’t sure how to make milkshakes for my “kids” this evening.
Took a while. They messed up our order and it was inedible. Then when I said we didn't have time to wait again for them to remake it just forget it, as the kids was half melted already, they said they already made it, gave it to us and charged us. We did try a bite but threw it out.

i had a such a great experience here on sunday morning. i didn’t get the girls name, but she was so sweet, knowledgeable, and speedy (especially since she was the only one working). she definitely kept it under control and will be definitely be coming back here. excellent staff
Painfully slow. With 3 employees in the shop, we waited for 40 minutes in a line of 12 ice creams before us. Owner seriously needs to think about how to optimize the service rate.
