They serve boba tea with many flouts and boba options. I ordered taro flab out with brown suga boba and it tasted good and I recommend this place if you crave for a boba tea
We come to this store often, and today a lady who takes the order is so rude and she has zero patience in taking the order. We were ordering 2 drinks and she was just closing the order without even listening properly to us. She was rude with everyone and not just with us. She seriously needs some training.Nevertheless of this ladys rude behaviour, I would really recommend the mango slush with brown sugar pearls here.
This is 1 of our top 3 tea shops in the region (we try them all). We go religiously every Saturday, and also whenever ever we are in downtown Bellevue. The ingredients are fresh, waits are quick, they are very efficient. The sago balls are my fav.
Service: 2/5 toppings have extra charge. They don’t understand mandarin. It would be great if they can learn it.Cuisine: 2/5 average taste, tea flavor is not strong. The price is twice as high as in mainland PRC.Environment: 3/5 there’s no place for sitting. Boxes stacked in the hall blocking the beautiful wall.
I’ve been here many times. This place serve good drinks but have awful customer service. I was greeted by annoyed and rude worker 3 out of 4 times I visited. First time I wasn’t sure what to get so I asked a couple questions regarding the drinks and the worker was not happy to answer. The ladies who made my drinks are nicer and more welcoming. It’s the cashier that always have horrible attitude.
Fantastic first experience with real milk tea here! It was so good I ordered more for delivery the next day! Staff was friendly and fast, and drink was delicious!
Just another average boba tea shop, nothing to write home about. The drinks don't suck but nothing memorable either. I've been to their NYC location a few times and the Bellevue shop isn't too different. What did make this shop stand out is the flat out refusal to split a cup for my kids, who were both with me. Of all the places that sell beverages I have ever been to, this has never been an issue. Most places just pour the kids order 50/50 for me, no probs. I'm not asking for free extra drinks here; I am limiting my kids sugar intake and I don't want my 3 year olds regular meal ruined from drinking 16-ish ounces of a sugary beverage. Once or twice at a different chain I was charged a few extra cents for an additional cup and that was the most non-issue my request to split a drink has ever caused. Here at CoCo it's been the only place where we were immediately shut down fast and hard and the cashier wasn't exactly very kind about it. It felt like a very fobby Chinese attitude and very much not Americanized customer service. Just seemed like a myopic move to save a cup and lose out on returning customers in the process. No worries, there are at least 3 other bbtea shop within a 5 minute walk radius.
The boba was pleasantly fresh and glutinous despite the fact that we came here at around 5pm on a Thursday. They (CoCo) are one of the few milk tea franchises left that still offer sizes of M or L. Nonetheless, the drinks were tasty whilst boasting a large variety of options on their menu.
Tasty bubble tea made fast and perfect same as all their international locations
good pricing. fast service. many choices. would recommend
