This place is definitely a hidden gem. Came across one day when we tried to go to another spot but the parking was full (probably with beach goers rather than customers). Decided to go here and it struck us as strange as it was empty. However, decided to venture in and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were kind and wore masks still. The plastic barrier was still up. The seating was plentiful and had a variety of table styles to choose from. The entire restaurant was very clean, that's a big plus. Restrooms on site for customers also a plus. (Went in on a Sunday afternoon.)Now, the food. Food chosen were: classic burger, sweet rain burger, and grilled cheese for the little one. Got a couple sides: a regular fry and a sweet potato fry. I will say, the regular fries are different but not in a bad way. We loved the sweet potato fries and will order a large one next time for sure. The burger flavors were great. They were created well and looked pretty picture perfect. Kudos to the kitchen staff for taking time and making the food well rather than quick and sloppy.Highly recommend this place for singles, couples, and families. You won't regret it!

Absolutely great neighborhood burger spot! I got the crispy chicken burgerand 2 piece cod fish and chips along with fry sauce and tartar sauce, all to go.First, I saw that they cooked my crispy chicken ahead of time, kept it warm, then assembled it only when I was ready to pick up (as opposed to cooking and assembling a lot of burgers ahead of time which leads to soggy burgers). Second, after a 10-15 minute drive (I got my order as takeout), I found my fish, fries, and chicken burger all still warm and crispy!!The crispy chicken burger was great! I got exactly as advertised: a crispy chicken on cheddar cheese, mayo, lettuce, and tomatoes. The chicken was juicy, tender, warm, and crispy, and was beaded lightly/thinly. Again, even after a 10 minute drive, my burger wasn't soggy at all. They have a variety of house made sauces that you can ask for if you want your burger to be a little more saucy. The same review applies to the fish and chips! The fries were warm, crispy, thin but not too thin, slightly golden but not burnt, and definitely not soggy! I don't think they added any salt during/after frying (you can add your own salt or sauce to taste). The fish was also warm, crispy, juicy, and tender even after my drive (it was still steaming after my drive)! The fish also had a thin and crispy breading. Again, they have a variety of house made sauces to choose from if you want any additional sauces.Ample parking in front and all around. Only outdoor seating is available right now.

We've been eating here for over 4 years. The burgers and fries are good. The fried mushrooms aren't as good as they used to be. I do feel the prices are really high for what you get. I don't mind paying extra for a homemade burger, but by the time I add all the individual items, tip, and the additional service fee of $2.99 (is this for online orders, which makes their job easier?) I start i feel buyers remorse. It's not like you're paying for atmosphere, it's just a rundown building. For the price of 2 burgers and fries, I could have gone to Red Robin, sat down at the restaurant and had 2 meals with unlimited fries and drinks. ?

What a pleasant surprise!! Was visiting my aunt in the old neighborhood and honestly didn't know the place was open. So glad we went in because the in ingredients were fresh, portions large, the recipes inventive and amazingly delicious. I had a burger with avocado and fig jam, and it was spectacular. Oh, and the fries were perfection. It's a pleasure to go to a restaurant where the cook is talented and cares so much about the food.

Any place that has some good curly fries is a bit with me. Enjoyed a double bacon cheese burger and a pumpkin pie shake. Was awesome little hole in the wall spot would definitely stop by again when in the area.

Our families favorite local burger shop. Great staff, great food, always enjoyable.

Friendly service, great variety of choices. Happy for a grilled salmon, lettuce wrap. Diner seems run down—could use some sprucing up. Otherwise, tasty bites.

Not a great experience. Came here with a friend today, and the only thing we wanted was the mac and cheese bites. Unfortunately they were out, which as a fellow customer service worker I understand, but the employee's response was extremely rude. They were not apologetic at all, and when asked if they would have them again soon, they were dismissive and said they wouldn't know but we could call in advance any time we want them (not convenient at all if you're making the trip over specifically for the bites). We ended up ordering a small fry and it took a whole 5 minutes to prepare, making us late for school. While we were waiting, the employee was on a FaceTime call with someone and they continued to talk to them for the duration of our visit. At one point, the camera was pointing towards us, and we could see the person on the other end and they could see us... definitely felt like a violation of my privacy. Overall, probably would not return. Fries were good though

Dude seriously! I can’t get enough of this place. It’s a regular stop for my workday lunch. The employees at the counter or top notch and super friendly, and the food always comes within a few minutes even when it seems like it might be a little busy.

Best ? ?, fair price! You have to try them!
