We had my son Kingston's 3rd Birthday today at the Bellevue, WA location, we were very pleased and happy with our birthday host Parsma (if I could recall-so sorry), he took great care of us, he was so attentive, fast, energetic, got all the kids excited and involved, pizzas & all the food were fresh, hot & delicious, we enjoyed the entire birthday party. We would definitely come back! All the games worked, prizes were awesome and the staff was amazing! They were all welcoming & helpful. Thank you so much for a great experience... it was so much FUN!!! You guys Rock!

The birthday party experience for our son was so much fun, our host Parsma was awesome, games all worked, food & drinks were delicious, everyone enjoyed the entire event, 5-stars from us, we will definitely be back! Thank you for making this a wonderful day!

I stood directly in front of the Manager waiting at the counter while he ignored my presence. I waited long enough to know that I was not important enough for him to pause his conversation to see what I needed . I asked for help from a non management employee walking in the back because the manager simply did not care to assist me. Many of the machines were broken and having issues. Definitely a new environment from what we used to think Chuck E. Cheese to be. I did not feel welcome there.

Was going to give it a 5 star but just got kicked out of an almost empty dining room where the animatronics are. You cannot view them up close if you are not paying for a party. So disappointing for the grand daughter. Other side of the tracks for us I guess.

Had my daughters birthday here this past weekend 3/19/22- they were so wonderful! Everything was very streamlined and my daughter had the time of her life! James and Bruno were so attentive, making sure everyone was comfortable and that everyone had everything they needed. Everyone had a blast- will definitely recommend to others (I already have, actually!) thanks for making Jean’s birthday so fantastic!

Uh? Really a tavern where people bring their kids...that's what this place that use to be one of my top places as a kid to go truly outside knots Berry farm and Disneyland and universal studios Hollywood feels like now. Now its a roughness element. Drunks and kids should not be in a place like this maybe?or perhaps? Hard liquor and aggressive adults mixed with their children and awesome games. They've replaced the good ole original tasting pizzas they had for the new blander less impressive pizzas. And now it's more a half bath half kiddie play center. No wonder adults like it as much as children now lol. Not knocking it at all. It's actually now a great place for parents to come drink and give their kids something to do it's more centered for parents and bdays than kid fun or great pizzas.

The Lynnwood one has been much better for us (although Overlake residents are probably turning up their noses at this), regarding the selection of games, which made the broken 1-2 machines here especially noticeable. Our kids were still young enough to enjoy the definitely made-for-younger-kids atmosphere here, but it takes a lot to impress kids in general, nowadays. We appreciate that they went to credits and still usually only charge one credit per game, which meant that we'd only be dropping $70-80 (including their pizza which is good, no matter what anyone says, though we were disappointed they were out of bone-in wings, because my wife can't have boneless wings, due to food allergies) instead of 2-3x that cost for an average Dave and Buster's trip. Was it worth half the value of D&B's here today? Meh, maybe.

Been here many times, we enjoy it here. Good place to spend fun time with your children.Latest changes for collecting tickets are good, but at the same time we lost that fun of carrying a lot of tickets in hand

Do not visit this Chuck E Cheese! Although my kids love to play at Chuck E Cheese, I had the worst incident today at this location: my kids came to play and about an hour after I dropped them off, my nanny, who was watching them, called me to tell me one of my kids (my son) was not feeling well. When I went to pick them up, my son threw up on the bathroom floor. We told one of the employees about the incident and apologized to him. He told us not to worry. As we were walking towards the door, another employee, a Hispanic female, approached us and started insulting us (my nanny, my kids and me). She started yelling that I should be cleaning up, instead of her, that how dare I was in that place. I explained to her that my son was feeling well when I dropped him off, that he may have eaten something that caused him to vomit. She kept yelling at us that my son, who is 8 years old, should have waited outside (at a 35 degrees temperature), and kept insisting to clean up the place. This went on for a good 10 minutes until we decided to leave. This woman was very rude as if this was my fault. Had I known my son was going to get sick, I would not have taken him to this place, but this happened while he was there, so this was no my fault. Instead of offering help, she yelled at us. Thank you Chuck E Cheese for being rude to your customers!

Great place for kids..also one can eat after play and ice cream.good for all age kids.
