Korean Barbeque Soup

Nice place to get Korean food in Bellevue. The place is clean and modern. The service is fast and attentive but felt rushed. The food was pretty good, my only complaint was the broth to tofu ratio, there wasn’t much broth. Overall good spot and loved the fish you get with the banchan.

Pretty good food. The service is extremely slow. We sat for 45 minutes with no food served. Come only if you are not hungry.

Came between 6-7pm on a Sunday, the restaurant was a bit more than half way full. The waiters were attentive and got us to a table. The menu was not a big one, unlike many other Korean restaurants that had a lot of other stuff like fried chicken wings, this one focused on tofu soup and bbq, which was perfectly fine for us. Ordered mixed tofu soup and hot stone bibimbap, and we enjoyed them. The side dishes came with a small fried fish and four little sides. During our visit, one person walked around with a cart to add side dishes for people, so we got additional amount.

I wish there would be 3.5. Tofu soup was not much special, but the hotpot rice was kinda fancy.

Food is very comforting, serving is fast and food is hot, but all quite delicious. Very suitable for workday lunch, I assume. The appetizer has a fried fish, which is a rare thing among many Korean restaurants.

This is a relatively new Korean restaurant specializing in tofu soups, though they also have stone pot rice dishes. The space is on the southern side of Safeway, near Applebee's, further away from the other Asian restaurants in the larger complex.During our visit, they kept the customers in one main area and still had another area available for seating. Service was attentive, and we had multiple refills of tea and banchan. The meal started with a small whole fried fish, which was surprisingly tasty, though you'll have to work with some small bones. Banchan included individual serving platters with potato salad, cucumber, bean sprouts, and cabbage kimchi. The servings are small but actively refilled often.I enjoyed my medium spice kimchi pork tofu soup. I believe you can pay extra for an egg to crack into the soup, unlike my old Koreatown place where it was included. Rice came in a small hot stone bowl, and I got tea for the remnants. The flavors were good, and I'll definitely want to try other dishes. The restaurant was exclusively full of Korean guests when we arrived, but more mixed groups showed up later.

Very good tofu soup and Korean bbq. Appetizers are nicely made compared with typical ones. Sometimes the service can be slow but it’s worth waiting.

I came here with my family and significant other for dinner. The restaurant is aesthetically clean and pleasing. It was semi busy in the evening, but we were lucky that there was a table available. There are various great Korean dishes on the menu and it’s very vegetarian/pescatarian friendly. The staff was amazingly quick and attentive! I enjoyed the limitless banchan dish refills as their portions are very very small. Not only that, I do believe their banchan is lackluster, their kimchi has not fermented long enough or lacked seasoning. Even though their potato salad and bean sprouts was alright, their pickled cucumber was crazy addictive! The meal itself however is plenty filling and flavorful! It is pricier, but very worthy! I had ordered the combo which included a tofu seafood soup, sizzling hot stone rice, my kalbi entree, and side dishes. Food wait time is a bit long, but understandably so. This is definitely a every once in a while, indulgent kind of place for me.

First take out order and unfortunately the experience was poor. Ordered the seafood pancake and Budae which is on the special menu, but got the beef tofu soup instead upon arrived home. I called to explain the mistake made and the employee was rude. Apparently it is their "policy" that I have to bring back the soup for an exchange which did not make sense when you are 35 minutes one-way away. I gave them another chance asking can I come in the next time to get the Budae and was told "you don't get a free one". The food itself was ok, too much MSG on the soup and portion/value wise is a meh. The place itself looks decent.

Great experience ordering takeout during busy hours today. Tasty food and great customer service. Welcome to the Eastside!
