normally i hate doing this and give the benefit of the doubt but ive had enough. this is the 3rd straight order this chipotle has messed my order up on and im curious what kind of management is being ran here. the salad bowl is missing over half the ingredients, and my chicken burrito, served completely cold and.. oh right it doesnt have chicken?? after standing in the restaurant waiting for 20 minutes while the employees were talking about wanting to go home and not caring about the rest of the days orders.. shameful. absolutely shameful. you pay your employees $18/hr that they like to preach and brag about and do absolutely nothing but pisspoor work. advise everyone and everyone just do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. any management id love to speak to and work on getting this food refunded.

We did not have a good experience at Chipotle this time. When we arrived, there was a sign up that said they only accept orders online. We went through the process of ordering online and the menu and options are not the same. For instance, on the kids meal, there wasn't an option to have beans as a protein - just as a topping, but somehow guacamole counts as a protein. Because beans count as a topping, you can only choose one other taco topping (like rice, cheese, or lettuce).In addition, it's not possible to request an extra side of something (like cheese or lettuce) because the online ordering options are limited. Also, when you go through the regular line and choose the components of your burrito, you can request "light" cheese or a "little bit" of something, but in the online ordering system, you can't do that.Our order was supposed to be ready in 7 minutes at 7:00 p.m. but in fact it wasn't ready until 7:12. Finally, when we got our order, one of the two crispy taco shells in our kids meal was broken. I went back in and requested a replacement so my child could make tacos and received "a look" from the employees like I was asking for something unreasonable. It's a taco, it's supposed to be able to hold the toppings.All in all, not a good experience. If I walk into a Chipotle again and they're requiring online ordering again, I'll turn around and find somewhere else to eat.

$15 dollars...Double meat!...Double grizzle...every bite just began to pile up in the corner of the plate. If I could, I wouldn't give them one star...they owe me five for being a test subject. You can't even post, without at least selecting one star...that's not fair.

This place deserves that solid 4 stars. The food is consistent. The lines are inconsistent. All of that is good to good. But if you want something off the menu you better have your lawyer with you. Try to get a burrito and it is all good. But need a quesadilla and you have to leave the line. Order it online in your car or something. Then come back in and get it."But what if I need modifications that you can't do online?""You can do that in the store.""But by the time I get into the store to tell you the modifications you will have already made it""That's just the rules.""Why is that the rule?""Because we make the quesadilla over at the bar over there and if everyone orders here it slows down the line.""OK well how long does it take to make something, throw it away and make something again?"? dagger eyes followed by, "Ok we will do it this once but next time you have to order online.""That's very gracious. The place looks clean all the staff are nice and friendly but one staff who does the prep were slamming my foods down the cash register including my side of guacs and lemon. I don’t know what’s her problem is but this is not how you treat the foods that you serve to the costumer, especially in front of the costumer who’s going to eat it. Please train her better! One star less for that reason

I went here on 1/24 around noon and I asked the Asian lady for extra cheese and she loaded me up As a food reviewer I love to see this level of customer service! Keep it up

Got a steak bowl today at 3pm. Just steak and rice nothing else. Was violently sick with vomiting and diarrhea within 60 minutes and have thrown up about 20 times and losing fluids 3 hours later. Had to pull over on i90. Never felt worse stomach pain and sickness

Never order online here. The entire side of guacamole was dark brown to black. When I came back to get a replacement or a refund the manager refused and directed me to an online website that had no refund options displayed.

So glad to have Chipotle nearby, especially during the pandemic. Online Ordering and pick up is easy and food is packaged to stay warm. I love that they use compostable and recyclable packaging and that napkins and utensils are only included if requested. Earth-friendly works for me! ??

The food tasted great. No complaints on that. There is dine-in seating but the place is too small for me to feel comfortable.
