I ordered a while360 salad bowl and by the picture, it looked amazing, however, what I got was literally 1/3 of that. There was a generous amount of guacamole which the best part, but very few greens, maybe 6 or 7 pieces of Pollo Asado chicken and didn't even taste the salsa that was supposed to be included. Overall, very disappointed in this experience. My son ordered a burrito and it was fabulous according to him, mine was an utterly horrible way to spend $14. It pays to go inside and not go through the app, which is what we did.
The music was TOOOO LOUD workers seemed stressed and rushing yet the line was out the door but food was good. Could have cleaner tables.
I like the fact that chipotle is transparent about the ingredients they use. Since they use Non GMO ingredients this is my go to place if I could not cook at homeThey offer both veggie and meat options. They portion size is good and they don’t skimp on the veggies like most of the chain restaurantsThe rice was well cooked. Also some of the serving staff would be adding less rice or other ingredients and you can always ask for more ?.They also have a nice outdoor seating area overlooking the Bellevue downtown.
This place is a gamble. I've been here quite a bit. 50% of the time you get the pretty standard chipotle experience. 50% of the time the food is super bad (fatty, tendony meat. Wilted lettuce. Brown quac. Tough undercooked rice). I feel like the staff isn't getting good management/training as quality seems all over the place. I'd only come here if you're feeling particularly lucky that day.
The chicken is dry. The moisture in some of the pieces was entirely lost and after chewing a bit , I had to spit out.The veggies are overdone. The bell peppers are not even separated from one snother. The bell peppers are cut in big, long pieces, how difficult is to separate those. Can the knife separate them ?
I went mid-afternoon on a weekday. t was very hard for the women to understand me who took my Chipotle order. I repeated myself several times and she took on annoyed body language and became upset. I tried to ask the cashier for the guacamole and chips instead but was unaware he had to ask her (he wasn't wearing gloves) and that annoyed her further. I was the only one in line. Also missed the signage that the drive in was one way when we drove in. Love Chipotle but would not recommend this location.
Rice is undercooked almost everytime. 9 out of 10 times it has happened to me. It used to be good once upon a time but now the quality has gone bad at this location.
Complete idiocy. I order a burrito bowl I asked him to put the chips in the bottom of the bowl and put the stuff on top of it the guy says what we don't do that here. I ask will if I buy the chips will you put them in the bottom of the bowl and they go no we can't do that I'm like why not that doesn't make any sense. So I decide to just get it without chips and I asked him to put cilantro on it and he goes what we can't do that here. And I point out that they just did that for me yesterday and Issaquah five miles away and he's like well we don't do that here. How about a little bit of Common Sense and a little bit of basic customer service? not a big ask. Complete idiocy, most businesses allow employees to have some discretion when it comes to simple request by customers. I will not eat here again it will reconsider eating at Chipotle's in general even though I do it on a weekly basis.
This location was pretty good, but it become very bad these years. 1) The staff there are not familiar with their menu. Like today, they insist kids meal does not include drinks. 2) They are not preparing online order correctly. They put wrong ingredients or miss some ingredients almost every time.
Did not like the chicken bowl at all. The rice was cooked so badly. This is the worst Chipotle Bowl Ever.!!
