I was forget my dog food bowl at the counter while I ordered food. 3 hours later I came back to pick it up. The staff said , it was here but now we couldn’t find it. You have to get a new one. It is a irresponsible employee when the customer forget some item at their store. You should take more attention what if something was really valuable to them not just about the price
The staff is beyond friendly here! One employee in particular, Jan, always makes my day! Jan has such an outgoing personality and positive attitude! He’s such a personable individual and makes the experience worth it while ordering from here! The service is always quick and a accurate!
Line was extremely long for the drive thru so I walked into the restaurant. They immediately took our order and we left with our food within a couple minutes. I was very impressed. The food was fresh and delicious
I love me some chick fil a but this location needs a better system. Parking is a hard to find and drive thru is so long it’s on the main road so everyone is honking at you to move. Always great service and food but the location was a bad choice.
I don't understand the fuss nor the long lines of cars: easily 35 cars in two lanes. The Chicken Sandwich is passable, but the bun is beyond squishy, and crosscut fries are fine.
Great staff. Wicked busy. I cant believe the lines and how long they get. Once your in line too in the parking lot there's no turning around if its busy. Staff always remember the chick fill a sauce and the kids like coming here because the staff listens to my son while we wait to move.
Out side order taker was very helpful & polite. it was my first time having there food .I have to say for fast food ? they have the best chicken sandwich. I will go back when I'm in the mood for chicken that's for sure .
…great food, super friendly stuff, above all I have to single out service guy Matthew Walzer (not sure if I spelled his last name correctly), extremely professional, probably very hard to find for his age. I shop here once, twice a month but he offered and advice me on purchase in a way that many could learn from him. Thank you Chick-fil-A, and thx Matthew!
The place is amazing. The portions of the food and size was great. The meal was $20.00 for two with a milkshake. They had attendants taking orders with IPads. We asked for extra sauces there was 8 of three different types. They did cheap out.
I would've given 3 stars but I'm cutting them a break because1.) This was during lunch rush.2.) It was my first time having Chick-fil-A so I don't have the experience of them. (I always give places a few chances before I am set on my opinion)The food was pretty good! Although it drives me nuts when there is quite a bit of extra bun around the meat.Fries, super yummy!Service, Eh... but like I said: Lunch Rush. Plus, we went through the drive through which was 2, side by side lines and went all the way out the driveway backing up to the street light!My suggestion? Go at a chill time! NEVER right before closing though...?
