Went here for breakfast, the eggs benedict is so delicious! So many options for the toppinfs, it was so yummy and cooked just perfectly! The side salad is amazing and the potatoes are so lovely! The staff is really kind, and the atmosphere is great! This place is amazing! You guys need to check this out!
This used to be one of our favorite spots in Bellevue, but sadly the new dinner menu is truly abysmal. I ordered the lamb which was not modestly priced, expecting rack of lamb chops, and received a shoulder blade chop which was unbecoming of the price and truly difficult to eat. We ordered a cheese plate and were served whole forms of cheese unprepared, just chunks of hard cheese with the inedible rinds attached. Truly amateurish and overpriced. The second star is for the wine selection which remains solid, and the obvious concern for our satisfaction demonstrated by the obviously anxious and concerned manager. IMHO, I'd shut down dinner for a few weeks to re-staff and redevelop the menu. The former menu was excellent, especially the rabbit gnocchi. Sad to see another good Bellevue restaurant so greatly diminished in quality while demanding unwarrantedly high prices. Bellevue tax at its finest. Extremely disappointing. Two thumbs down.
Dropped over $220 (including tip) here on 2 entrees an appetizer and 3 glasses of wine. I’m ok with that price point for the right experience. In this case, the food was very dry/bland. My recommendation: Come here for wine and cheese. Don’t stay for dinner.
Horrible service!!! Worst experience in Bellevue ever! We came in for my birthday breakfast and forgot our masks in the car. I didn’t want to go back to the car. Immediately when we walked in the server asked to put the mask on. I told her we don’t have any and if she can give me one I will wear it. She said they charge a dollar for each, which I think is ridiculously expensive but oh well whatever. Then she asked with a sarcasm “are you from King Country?” (Implying we should know better!!! I answered yes, she said “Hm, interesting “. That was very rude! We were sitting at our table for 25 min waiting to get an order! Same server came to take our order, so I got the feeling she was punishing us for walking in without a mask. She took our order and added that if we need to walk around the restaurant we need to put a mask back on! Ok, but not OK! We waited another half an hour for coffee and food. My espresso was barely room temperature, my husband’s latte was a little warmer. I had salmon and avocado egg Benedict, which was very good. My hubby had mister Croquet and it was ok. We also had some pastries to go. At the end of our dining the server stated AGAIN the when we leave we need to put masks on ? So total 3 times!!! Really??? I just simply forgot one in the car, i did not reduce to wear it at the restaurant, I did not argue or made a scene. And this is how I’m being treated? This is unacceptable! I do not recommend this place and I would not go back. And yeah happy birthday to me
Exceptional service, and a very good curated wine list. The attached bakery is also quite good.

Really wanted to like this place, but the service an minimal menu items available made it extremely hard. We went for brunch and many of the food items on the menu were not available. Also, all of the champagne and Rose was sold out so no mimosas as well. Many times if this happens restaurants will offer an alternative, but not in this case. The food we were able to order was ok, but definitely not something I would come back for.
We were excited to try this French inspired restaurant with our in-laws. We were a party of 4 for dinner at 5 pm. There is a nice slideshow of Paris inspired experiences displayed on a projector. Where staff exceeded in friendliness, they lacked experience in a restaurant service. For example they were unsure of which wines they had (even though their website boasts 120+ wines & a tasting room) & expressed they did not know much about wines. However, they never offered to bring over someone who knew or a sommelier. We ordered a charcuterie to start. They did not know how to pronounce all of the cheeses. Our four courses were: duck burger ( no frites) at $26, halibut $38 (no sides) truffle pasta (were out of the gnocchi) $29, & risotto $34. The duck burger was chewy, the halibut was salty & dry. I enjoyed the truffle pasta, the risotto was bland. Very disappointed & definitely not fine dining. They didn’t even have sparkling water. I wouldn’t have minded paying the prices we did had the food & wine matched our expectations. We won’t be coming here anytime soon.
Cepae L'experience Paris - I hosted a large brunch for my mom's birthday at this location. They were wonderful! The service was excellent, the food was delicious and the staff was very helpful - as I organized this from overseas. Thank you again for making our event so memorable and elegant. Merci Bien.
This is one of my favorite place in Bellevue where you can try French delicacy and French wines. The staff is very professional and the manager is a human.
