This is NOT a bank, it is a cafe.That being said -- its a pretty good one! Friendly employees, clean and large working space with free wi-fi. Drinks are great-- typical cafe options with some specialty drinks. 50% off if you pay with a Capital One card.
We stopped by for a quick coffee break and had one of their holiday lattes. You get 50% off of you use the capital one credit or debit card.The place is large, it looks nice and it’s clean and service was great.
We made a trip for espresso and cake and were exceptionally intrigued by their supportive staff, extraordinary climate, and reasonable costs. It is an extraordinary spot where you could go to watch individuals and read the signs on the divider or step out back to a display. The climate is everything here, and the espresso is acceptable!
So this place is literally a coffee shop with ATMs, there's no bankers here, only two people to show you how to use the ATMs? When we stopped in today the coffee shop wasn't even open, why do y'all pay people to explain ATM usage, I drove here thinking I'd be able to talk to a banker, but instead find out we don't get bankers in Washington, there's also no free parking or street parking so be prepared to pay 4 dollars for parking to use their ATMS. Y'all should really make it clear there's no in-person banking services here. Why would I want my banking institution to open coffee shops that offer no services for their customers other than an ATM, I thought this was a cool idea until I found out what it actually was, these should be banking centers not just coffee shops with ATMs.
Came in with my family to make a cash payment on our credit card and we were immediately greeted by Katey the ambassador, she quickly explained how the process works to make payments via their ATM, once I had finished my business Katey had given the kids Capital One 'swag bags' containing all sorts of nifty items. Katey was super patient with our overly excited kids and even comped all of our drinks at the cafe!Overall I truly enjoyed the experience and find this type of banking great!
This is an awesome place to chill and work. The coffee and pastry were better than most coffee shops around this area. Totally recommended.

i had a really good experience here the other day! the cafe was nice and clean and had two floors as well as outdoor seating. i sat and did my chem hw while enjoying some iced coffee. the wifi was nice and fast and overall atmosphere was chill. you also get half off if u use a capital one card, which is great! will be back soon!
