Customer service was very poor. I don't need any attitude from my server. This is Burger King. Have it your way right? Wrong. I wanted a whopper they said we are only selling breakfast. I've never had this problem at any other location. I'll just spend my money at Jack n the box from now on. Unbelievable.
Yes! The new crew is not only nice this far to me but way better than past crews I came in prior to the current crew and got a sandwich so dry I mean really burned old and overcooked where and how long they recycled it was the question it was shameful it hit the table with a thud when I put it down. I asked for a refund they apologize they said they were low on chicken burger then don't give me that lolBut this new crew the current crew even in a pandemic I truly commend them!!!!!I wish one was in Redmond or Kirkland overlake and Bellevue are so far for my standards but I like this location please don't change the current crew the white guy and lady and black lady were so nice don't know there names but they were nice to me and I if choose to come in can see them cook food there not hiding behind a steel walls which stores faith in them.its been a pandemic it's so hard being a fast food worker imagine cooking day in and out for so many people.
I so love the double burgers, especially with bacon. The sweet ones that serve us at the window are helpful and pleasant, (most). LolYou can tell the difference between grilled and flame-broiled. I have always preferred the taste of backyard BBQ, rather than the flat surface of an indoor grill, frying pan, or otherwise.

Hidden across the street from Whole Foods Market, next to to the Nissan dealership. Pricy menu, but portion sizes are way better than Chick-fil-A
Placed order using mobile app and in store pickup. When I went for pickup the door was locked and had a notice “for all orders placed use drive through”. There is no point in placing mobile order with in store pickup option. The drive through was long, dead slow service, took 48 minutes to get my food from drive through window. TERRIBLE SERVICE ??.Impossible whopper burger is good, deluxe chicken burger tasted good, but terrible packing, sauces and toppings were just overflowing, poor packing ??. Worst service ??.
Expect long wait at the drive-thru. Last time I was there I was stuck in the queue for 40 min. I thought it maybe they just had a bad day with staffing so I decided to give them another chance. There were 11 cars in front of me when I arrived. I started my timer. I got my food 31 minutes later. Never again. This is no fast food.
Absolutely the worst customer service! Never staffed enough. Always wait at least 20 min in drive through. Half the time the drive through isn’t even open. The manager at this store is rude and has zero customer service skills. I don’t even know why this Burger King is still open!
My doordash driver stole my food, I contacted doordash through their phone number, waited over 40 minutes on hold just to be told that the General Manager did NOT want to process my order even though doordash would fully pay for it. Horrible horrible experience I am beyond frustrated.Edit: So I spoke with the GM and I was told that Doordash never said that they would pay for the order again and she said that they actually just offered a refund and BK accepted.
This store has always been hit or miss service wise.The food is usually always very good, though. Nice and fresh, for the most part. There's a particular manager there who seems to work a lot... but he's not super friendly, usually never bothering to say thank you or even smile.
