Cashier is really rude - we used to go here many years ago and never had any issues. Today when I was placing the order the cashier looked jaded and was rude to my active son who was curious about looking at things. We asked for two cups of water and he gave one had to ask for another too (everyone in food court gives water complimentary).I had ordered boba smoothie and said no to any other toppings. Due to a misunderstanding he didn’t add boba. Then I asked for boba and he started arguing. So I asked if I could pay for it and add boba. He was offended and started arguing again how I had said no to any toppings and how he had obliged me by not charging me for water. I would never go here again - they have lost a customer for life.
The service was poor and so was the thai tea. It was a pre-made mix and taste pretty terrible. Would be better to go else where and get a quality boba.

Do not go here. I got a classic boba and as soon as I tried it I knew something was wrong. It tasted weird. I finished it all anyway. After a couple hours after drinking it I got a stomach ache. This place obviously is very poor quality. Go somewhere else for boba tea.

The person at the counter is very rude and has no basic sense on how to treat the customers. The boba tea is also not that good and it has artificial flavoring.
My milk tea doesn’t look normal and smooth, the cream was not blended well or so other reason, it showed lumpy texture. I regret not taking a picture to show this failing Boba. Very disappointed! A total waste of money and I don’t dare to drink it.
