The ice cream was great, the mall was very dirty. Ruined the experience.
Rude unprofessional and all their ice cream is expired. They're more worried about you having a mask on than checking the inventory to make sure they serve a fresh product to there're customers. Please stay away from this Joint!!
The lady with blonde hair has a very demeaning attitude. She kept herself busy transferring ice-cream from one container to another and did not wanted to talk. I waited for a bit then I said I am ready with what I have to order, and she responded that she needs to finish this work before she can help me. I waited for sometime there with my child and wife for her to take an order, but after a while I just got irritated and left.
Ice cream was good. Staff was quick but not Curt. Price may be a bit high. $8+ for a small waffle cone with gummy bears.
This girl with long blonde hair, and fake pink nails served me. She had a terrible attitude, pressuring me to order. Kept clicking her nails in the freezer cause I was looking at their options briefly. I felt very rushed, and she was not nice whatsoever. The shake I had was super milky too, definitely not going there again.
We were visiting the Bellevue Square and decided to stop into Ben and Jerry's. All the same awesome flavors and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
The best. My husband and I are so in love with this place. The ice cream and even the cake is so good. Nothing else compares to this place.
