Honestly when I came here, I thought it would be the typical aesthetically pleasing cafe with decent food. What I got instead was beautiful and comfortable, clean space to meet with friends, amazing customer service, delicious drinks, and a filling breakfast.Came with a friend around 9:30 on a Sunday and the place was already packed, so make sure to go early or on off hours if you wanna stay there! I ordered a PNW Toast, sub the cream cheese with ricotta (the barista was so nice about this), and a Home for the Holidays Latte (condensed milk, cinnamon, cocoa and clove (also part of their Charity Drinks Line where they donate a % of their proceeds to a specific charity!)). We were told our stuff would be ready in about 20 minutes, but it honestly came within 15. My toast was a lot bigger than I expected and had a satisfying crunch, and the smoked salmon wasn't too salty either. The fruits seemed fresh and were sweet. Overall, very filling meal with a coffee that I attempted to copy at home, but was unable to make quite as delicious. Will absolutely be coming back.
Not very good experiences both times we went here. First time ordered avocado toast. It came with a very thick bread and very tiny amount of avocado on it. Second time ordered only coffee and told them the coffees are " for here" and not " to go" but still got them in paper cups. When you go to a coffee shop spend all that extra money as compared to having the same at home for a fraction of the cost I feel it should include proper ceramic/glass coffee cups. Be kind to the environment too using lesser paper cups whenever possible.
Amazing breakfast place with amazing vibe! Decor was really warm and friendly! For the breakfast - we really enjoyed the pink avacado toast - it well presented and was one of the best toasts we've had around the area. On the other hand, Coffee was decent.Parking is inside the building and they validate parking for 2 hours!
Nice spot for coffees. Didn’t try anything else but they have brunch options too. Although it’s not very big and seating can be challenging, they have cute little cabins where you can sit and have some privacy. Parking in the back and they validate it.
PNW Toast tasted so good!!! Matcha waffle is a bit small. Nice place to have brunch with friends.
Great service and experience here! Nice little place to hang out :) Their cold and hot beverages were amazing!
This cafe has a collection of insta-worthy breakfast toasts, waffles, acai bowls and coffees. The best part is they have a little menu of coffee whose 25% of the price goes to a charity, and they’ve also mentioned which drink does that to which charitable organisation. Thus, we enjoyed one of the coffees from that collection called Spring Time Latte, a good mix of lavender and honey. Also popular is their Pink Avo toast made of beetroot hummus and is very refreshing. We also tried the ABC toast with almond butter and banana and was kind of dry because of the almond butter.I really liked the cafe though, if only you get a seat inside since it’s right in front of the construction site and is very loud to sit outside.
Great atmosphere and service. A good selection of coffee and food options (açaí bowl, toasts, fruits, etc.)
Bellden Cafe has a very relaxed atmosphere and is a great place to work. Even at capacity it doesn't feel crowded or hectic. The space is well kept and is filled with potted plants and honey colored wooden furnishings. Four small round tables are scattered throughout the store; an enormous live edge wooden table that could easily fit eight rests in the center; two bar counter tables line the windows; and two rectangular kitchen tables lay tucked away in their respective study rooms. Sprawling vines frame the perimeter of the inside windows and potted plants are close enough and plentiful enough to brush your arm like a friend saying hello. Easy listening music plays quietly in the background, helping to set a breezy mood. Note that there aren't too many outlets, so if you bring a laptop try for one of the study rooms or corner window seats.Regarding cafe fare, the coffee is solid and there are plenty of light meal options--think bowls and toasts. I ordered a "Let Me Love You" Latte (honey, cinnamon, and orange) and a Mocha for comparison and found both to be lightly sweetened which was great.
They make good coffee, and have some really good sandwiches. Their salmon toast is my friends’ favorite. I have tried their matcha waffles which is super dense, and ok, not really my favorite. I like their acaii bowl.My biggest complain is their unusually long wait time for the food. A few days ago, they brought half of our food and it took half an hour more (total of almost 45 mins) for the acaii bowl to arrive. Not sure what an acai bowl has to make it that complicated of a dish, but they kept bringing food that other patrons who ordered way after us, but not my acaii bowl.
