If you love cheese, you should try to have Beecher's cheeses. I don't eat every cheese in this world, but Beecher's cheeses are really good. You can visit to ask for getting samples. They will provide them. Also, they sell grill cheese sandwiches with their own handmade cheeses. If you like tuna sandwiches, I recommend their tuna grill cheese sandwich. There is the store inside of the Sea-Tac International Airport. Whenever I go to the flight, I always go to get Beecher's grill sandwiches.
Exceptional mac and cheese. Probably the best broccoli soup I've ever had. My friend loved her grilled cheese and tomato soup. Now I know why they always have a line! Loved it so much I got back in line and bought lunch for tomorrow and some cheese to try making it at home.
A satellite location of the famous Beecher's from Pike place market. I'm glad they have it here so that people on the east side can quickly grab a taste of Beecher's. They have the same varieties in the fresh food section but I believe limited selection in the cheese section.
For being a food-slinging counter in an American mall this was a pretty okay place to stop. You can get a decent sandwich and some soup and quite a few brand cheeses. It was a bit overpriced and you do have to stand in a mall. I'd consider it a worthy stop for a some cheesey lunch if you're already there.
Pricey food, but really good variety for what they sell.
A decent grilled cheese sandwich. The bread was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The chicken was tender. The cheese was well balanced with just the right amount of salt and smokiness. That said, I think it could use a kick to be more memorable and exciting - maybe something spicy or sour.
Stopped by this place recently and had the tomato soup and grilled cheese, it was so good I would definitely recommend trying them. The coffee was also good, they don't overload it with syrup. Friendly staff too!

Excellent. Very tasty food, served very quickly and it was nice and got. I got the world famous max and a breadtzel. Both were delicious. Glad I passed it on my way through the mall.
