Good variety of South Indian food. The staff are courteous and help you decide on the dish. All food was fresh and tasted good with proper spice level. Price wasn’t all that expensive too. Service was quick as well. Parking lot available outside but mostly crowded during evenings and weekends.
Good for South Indian Spicy foods.. had ordered Egg biriyani and its very good.Today had Egg Kothu parota. Awesome
The food was great and the place was clean. Our server Paul was very approachable and friendly. Food was served piping hot. Coffee was great too.
The biryani was disappointing, not made with basmati rice. Not tasty at all! Mutter paneer was too sweet and butter chicken was over salty. The paneer naan was made with cheese not paneer. Not going back.
Ordered the chicken lollypop and fried rice.. it’s pretty good and delicious..must try.. the only problem I faced was long wait times especially on Fridays and the weekend.
Happy to have Anjappar restaurant close to us. My favorite dish is Mutton kottu. It was pretty delicious. My kids also like Anjapper foods. They followed my instructions and cooked well. If you wanna try anyone over here please try it. One of my favorite restaurant. Thank you.
First time visiting the Bellevue location and they definitely didn’t disappoint. We had the kal dosa, pamphlet fish, chicken curry and filter coffee. Thought everything was super tasty, fish was a standout. It had a delightful mix of spices.
Go to this place if you want to taste most authentic tamilnadu style food. Especially seeraga samba biriyani. Out of the world with right spice.
I've been to Anjappar before and after the management change, and will say that it has been night and day. The new management is far superior. The food is excellent, tasty, and portion sizes are great. The buffets have nice variety, and there are many vegetarian choices. If you were disappointed with the Anjappar under the previous management, give them a second chance; I'm sure you would be pleasantly surprised on how much the place has turned around!
We went to Anjappar for the first time on Christmas day and were expecting a long wait time. But place was reasonable free and got a table immediately. The ambience and the seating was great. Ordered the traditional south indian stuff - Podi idly as starter which was fantastic. cheese dosa and masala dosa. The sambar was fantastic and there were 3 chutneys which were good. Overall great experience. Would definitely visit again and try the other stuff.
