Not much I can have, on the menuSo we tried the grilled chicken sandwich!It was so hard, couldn't even bite it.I didn't know even, if it was cooked.Thought about giving it to the dogs,But I didn't want to make a trip to emergency!Years ago Wendy's was one of the best!
Dine in today and had both of my double stacks pink or raw for some reason ? my 8 years old took a bite and couldn't finish it. Feel bad for him since he was the one who wanted to go there. He then Went and asked for a refill and got charged full price for a refill.I will probably never take him to that location again.The only positive out of that situation was that I was able to explain what and undercooked patty looks like when it's pink from left to right.
25-30 min wait in line to place order, and I was first in line! Bathrooms out of service. Nearly every drive thru customer had to come inside for wrong orders. My order was wrong, but didn't matter. The store was so failing at every step so badly it was entertaining like a comedy sitcom.This included the customers whom also failed such as one family of nine complaining they only got 5 drink cups. They wanted 9, but only paid for 5. No, they would not pay for more. They just wanted 4 more cups free.Or the drive thru customer whom came back in to complain her Baconnator... had BACON on it!Entertaining visit.Fries good though.
I normally like Wendy’s & don’t really have issues but it really irritated me when I ordered food on DoorDash & didn’t get what I paid for. I got the stuff that I ordered but my sandwich was all wrong as well as the sauces I got. I don’t have an issue eating what I got because I can eat it but it’s not what I wanted.
This fast food restaurant ended up costing me my entire lunch break 02-19-2022; I made 2 orders that took 20 minutes of waiting in line and waiting in a parking spot to complete. When the poor young lady came to my car with my orders one was wrong .. she kindly corrected the issue but my then i had to rush back to work. My order is still sitting in my locker.
Employees have always been amazing and diligent but I always feel bad for them. It seems anytime we have gone here, something is down... the credit card machine, the soda machine, etc. The Employees try to make the best of the situation and are always pleasant and very thorough.
Great crew. Very nice people. They do the best they can considering the situation. But The drive through is getting too long. Its usally all way around to 15th and you can't even get in. Plus if you can actually get in the parking lot, you are there a minimum of 20 minutes just getting to the point you can order. I don't under stand why they don't have the counter open for pickup on the inside. I much rather get out of my truck and put on my mask, and order inside to go.
Bad service, delayed. They did not accept cards or debit, or credit and neither $ 50 or $ 100 bills, according to them they had no change. And in addition to all this, the salads that I ordered did not come complete and did not bring the seeds that were placed on it. The man who put our order together grabbed the fries with his bare hands after touching the cash register and the money ..... disgusting, I will not return to this site.??????

Seen breakfast sand commercial this morning for .99$ so i thought hmmm lets try these. Went thru drive thru, cash only. Ok got cash. "Can i i order your .99$ sandwiches". "No we discontinued them".Came home just now seen the commercial again. I get "@ participating locations" but guess what?? "I wont go back"!!!
