Wow this place is awesome, the food is great and it feels classy. I'll be coming back to try more items on the menu, the seafood pasta dish was awesome tons of flavors and they didn't skimp on the meat. Lots of drink selections with and without alcohol. Large wine selection to choose from. Give this place a try next time you want to try something fancy without going to Seattle.
This place was an unexpected gem. The wine selection, atmosphere and happiness of everyone who worked there was apparent. Renee’, the manager, took time to welcome us and tell us about the wine region surrounding us. I could not help notice how hard he worked and I could see the level of pride he had in his commitment to this place. He is a rare bird, and top notch. The mocha Martini was exceptional and I couldn’t help but noticed the bartender with a smile happily serving up some unique and tasty spirits. We could see he liked his job, even from a distance. Our server was new, but engaging and patient as we took our time figuring out what we wanted, as there were so many tempting selections. The food was delicious and it far exceeded our expectations as well. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly and I couldn’t resist the banana pudding for dessert! Yum! The music was perfect and the atmosphere had a fun vibe for a Saturday night. We didn’t know what to expect, however we are happy to have found this place while passing through.
I really had high hopes for this place. I was visiting a friend and on our last night together we decided to try this place out. Upon arrival the staff was warm and friendly and seated us right away. We ordered 2 drinks, an appetizer, 2 entrees, and two desserts. The drinks were sadly disappointing and left a bad aftertaste, not sure if it was the alcohol or the syrup that was used but just not good at all. The shrimp fritters seemed hopeful but again were a disappointed in the end. They were not only burned on the outside but was very gummy on the inside with little to no shrimp at all. Our entrees were decent although my friend who ordered the salmon did say it was a bit salty and oily. The fingerling potoes were also dry and overcooked. My chicken marsala was good on flavor but had quite a bit of fat on the chicken, great mashed potatoes and the broccolini was singed a bit. The best part of the meal was the créme brûlèe and the chocolate mouse. Sadly I would not return unless there were major changes to the food and drinks.
Finally tried for the first time today and was not disappointed! Matt was one of the best server and bartenders I’ve ever experienced. Great place especially for Auburn.
Best restaurant in Auburn hands down. My wife and I have been coming here soon after they opened and we love coming back for more. I can tell the cooks care how the food is prepared and they nail it every time! Also, if you’re a wine lover, you will be very pleased.
Just WOW! The food is exceptional! The service is exceptional! The atmosphere is exceptional! The salmon was cooked to perfection with seasoning out of this world. Eric thank you for your superior service it's so appreciated!
We enjoyed a lovely evening here last night. I had a great cocktail and my fiancé chose to participate in the whiskey tasting event. We had an appeitizer and then decided to share a salmon dinner. The service was superb, the food very tasty. We also decided to share a creme brule for dessert with a cup of decaf coffee. A splendid evening all around.
Discovered this Bistro and enjoyed a wonderful meal! We ordered Brussels sprouts appi and both had steak salad entrée. Great flavors. Bookmarked in case we ever make our way back to auburn!
Came to this place for the first time last night and was pleasantly surprised. Service was friendly and professional. Food was absolutely amazing! I had the chicken marsala, my husband the roasted duck and our friends the salmon and the burger. We were all very happy. My chicken was perfectly cooked and the mashed potato was delicious. My husband loved the duck so much he talked about it all the way home lol. Kudos to the chef :) So thankful for this little gem in Auburn.
Went out last night with my toddler and a group of friends. They had no problem accommodating us and the food was fantastic. I stepped out of my comfort zone and tried a dish I would normally never order and loved it! The cocktail was beautiful and that creme brûlée was the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend! Only downside is limited parking, but that’s Auburn for you.
