Visited on a Saturday afternoon. Most items seemed to be freshly made. They heat all items before packing. Many combo options. Vegetarian pizzas were available as well. Wait time was about 5 minutes but could get crowded during peak times. Plenty of seating since it is in food court.
I just ordered 60$ in food and it was horrible the pasta was very greasy.it was nasty never again I will go here
Food was okay
I wouldn't even give this place one star. I am unable to drive, so when I want to eat out, I order through Uber Eats. I placed an order at 06:43pm. The time it would have been made kept getting pushed back and pushed back until it said 08:05pm. I called to check for an update, and not only had the "Driver" not picked up the order, but it sounded as if our pizza hadn't even been made. It was claimed they were closing at 08:00pm and if I wanted, I could "Swing by and pick the order up myself." I explicitly said multiple times I was unable to drive, so I was ordering through Uber eats. The person on the phone - who never identified themselves - kept talking back in a very negative attitude and then hung up on me.
The pizza was not good. I had to nurse it back to health after it was delivered. There pizza side by side. There's just plan and dry. The other side was theres but with toppings that I had to put on to get my ? worth. If it was sit in I would have asked for my money back. But it was delivered. Uber didn't give af so here is we are. Tip fresh slices of tomatoes will moisturize a dry pizza. I know from experience trust me.
well made stromboli, fresh excellent taste and good portion
They will catch an attitude for asking how fresh the pizza is and try to refuse you service for asking for a fresh piece because “ we don’t keep slices longer than 3 hours “ okay so that means it could be 3 minutes or 3 hours old. They do not respect mall employees as if people come to the mall just for their pizza.
The food was great and fresh. Meatballs are amazing, the combos are good too. We ordered online, but 3rd party delivery company completely messed up and never even picked up the order (by the way, Doordash sucks, and I’m gonna leave them a horrible review for doing it not for the first time, unbelievable), but Nicole (sorry, I hope I spelled it right) called me and tried to solve this problem. She ended up warming up the food again and delivering the order to us, even though it interrupted her day. The order was missing water that comes with the combos, but it’s not a big deal at all. Thank you, Nicole and Villa Italian Kitchen!
I went there today and got a Value Mea containing Mac and Cheese, a Cesear Salad, and a Dr Pepper. The only good thing in my meal was honestly the Dr Pepper. The Mac and Cheese was SUPER bland, no cheese flavor, literally no flavor period except the taste of noodle. And the salad was extremely hard to mix in a little constainer with barley any dressing on it. I also got a cookie and it tasted like a Little Debbie cookie. The whole meal was a disappointment and I’d like a refund. The food was definitely not worth the $15 I spent. I like in Graham, and there is NO way I’m driving back to Auburn to that place.
I ordered (via Doordash) two pasta combos from Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen - a combo having pasta, a salad, rolls and a bottle of water. They forgot the salads, rolls and drinks not once, but TWICE! The sauce was thin and salty, the meatballs were bland. I won't be ordering from these guys ever again.
