Visiting from Cali and every time I come to WA I have to get my Taco Time fix! The staff was super friendly and my meal, of course, was amazing!! Definitely going to get some more for dinner before I head home!! (You all need to branch down to California!!)
Ordered 2 enchilada platea and didn't receive one of the bags of chips and had to go back to ask for some silverware...plus we weren't asked if we wanted any salsq nor given any...
What a great place to go. The staff was absolutely fabulous - so helpful and friendly.
Short staffed, only two people, long line of cars and they... knocked it out of the park. Cooperating with each other, we're sympathetic to customers, worked to get orders done timely and with good cheer. I have seen fast food places completely fall apart by missing just one crew member, but these workers made it work fir them. They could have had a music training montages going on for as well as they did.I'd go back just to see them work. Good work ethic, professional, and customer service.Food was good too, but their customer service really sold me.

Good food for your money
I really can't believe how bad this place has gotten I will never return my daughter is allergic to onions and when she ordered chicken nachos with no pico they out it in anyways then as I tell the drive thru person she took it back and scraped some of the pico off instead of remaking the order let me say it's not cheap at all and food got wasted I will never return they are rude and have no care for anyone at all the worst customer service thee worst !!!
Even though they were short on staff, food and customer service was still excellent.
One wrong entree . And 1 missed drink. Also sometimes no chips with the salads .
