If there was less than one star I would offer that. Tried to call this location, no one answers. It has been a while, years, since we enjoyed Taco Time, and it was our place every Tuesday. Looking forward to a fresh tostada salad only to receive it in a oil soaked tortilla shell salad bowl that clearly tasted like the bunch of fish that was fried in the oil before the bowl(s) were made. Along with incorrect oil temp, the light crispy bubbles, I so look forward to in the tortilla salad bowl, were saturated with oil.
Stopped by to get dinner for my wife ended up going to two because the first one was closed for worker shortages. But got her dinner after all
Got here at 9:52 says they close at 10pm and they wouldn't help me said they were already closed..what's the point of a place having listed hours of operation if they don't abide by them?
This taco time is not only more expensive than EVERY single other taco time but in addition have the stingiest serving sizes. Don’t order an bowl or plate if you are expecting the taco time normal full plate you will be greatly disappointed. Got chicken nachos that have maybe 10 chips and cheese on half of them. I remember when this location used to atleast make up for being higher priced by giving bigger portions but they days are gone.
Decent portions and quick service could have been a little more spice. Not an authentic taco place but better than taco bell
Went to the drive-thru and they were very efficient and friendly. Food was excellent.

Overall I'm over this chain, nothing has improved and now you won't allow for anything except house salsa (you call it hot sauce) which all have maybe a quarter teaspoon of sauce in each cup without additional charge... no thank you, I'll just order from an actual Mexican restaurant. This is across all your chains unless they know the person at the window so the point of additional salsa flavors is moot
Real Greasy food lately and always expensive. I mostly regret that part each time I go there. And you can't go into the lobby to order to-go even with a mask and I don't like going through the drive-throughs with my truck. But that's what you get nowdays. I don't know why I decide to go back when I do. Someday I'll learn my leason.
Food is super good. And it's small portions, expensive and nearly always cold.
