Does anyone else notice that during Covid pricing has gone up, but service sucks? I asked for no ice and got ice. The crunch wrap supreme wasn't cooked through, and it was put together sloppily. I don't eat fast food often because it's overpriced with long lines and disappointing. Taco Bell has been garbage since they got rid of the Mexican pizza. I was in a pinch, so I went here but hard pass in the future.
Everytime..everytime I go thereThey always miss something in the order or if I pay for extra chicken in burrito as they asked..they never add in food but charge me money..this Taco Bell Managment sucks.. make sure if you ever go there and receive your order make sure you have everything in the bag …you ordered.
Not sure I will ever order from here again. I ordered 3 chalupa cravings boxes, a strawberry freeze and a fiesta potatoes. The food was very cold. The chalupa had maybe 2 pieces of meat, the rest was lettuce and tomatoes. The soft taco has a little smear of meat, and the rest was lettuce. 2 mountain dew Baja blast were ordered. Got one and the other was a Sierra mist. This is very ridiculous. Please get it together.
Door dash in the early morning hrs is rediculous. Not ever going there again. You would think if they were serving out, they would be serving at the window.
Ordered fresco, they put sour cream. I'm allergic to dairy. I go back to get fresco and it's a 15 minute wait. Finally get my food as ordered an hour later and no hot sauce.
Place is always good. they are really friendly. They got a good crew going and with that alone, you know your foods gonna be made right and go down with an ahhh?. Especially night time crew. Better than the average drive through of this franchise. Thank you
It’s only 8pm and they closed the entire restaurant to only delivery orders. I have had several bad experiences with this location but this really was not okay. Obviously computer and food systems are running fine if you’re taking delivery orders. Is staff just calling it a day early and lessening their work by closing the restaurant?
I ordered 2 soft taco meals... I got 2 soft tacos and 2 idk but it's not what I ordered... I've been calling and calling and no answer... Extremely disappointed and I'm satisfied.... Will definitely be going elsewhere...
Its 10:51pm and they won't let you go through the drive through? Only door dash orders...so they force us to pay door dash to eat here. Why give preference to door dash?? 1 star
