I have been to this particular store severally, l order the same product each time but the price has never been the same .This day 4th of May all l asked for was an answer for the inconsistent pricing.What l got instead was a rude,belittling and degrading response from the girl on duty. Must say this isn't her first time, only this time she behaved way too immature, rude and unprofessional. She even asked that l don't ever come back to the store. Tried getting her name and store's 1800 she vehemently declined to provide them.

Food was OK customer service was mediocre at best you shouldn't have to wait 10 minutes inside to get an order to take

Went there this evening drive up. Order 5 layer burrito. Not good bought a few different ones, though the paper says 5 layer taste slightly spice and more like beans. Tacos was old not fresh. Shame on taco bell

Cheap Mexican fast food. The orders were accurate and came out fast. The restaurant dining area was was clean. Standard Taco Bell fair.

Each location has issues, hours of operation very. If I show up at 9:45pm and the post says 2am closing and the already closed, that's jive. Many of these young people running the fast food restaurants are rude and lack work ethic. When the order is placed is it not on the screen in front of them? How hard is it to look at the screen and what is in front of you to get the order correct. If my food is cold do I not have the right to ask them to toss it and start out fresh, if your making it fresh how can my food already be cold and refuse to get me fresh food? Do the managers leave them unattended? Is there no managers on duty after dark?

Out of the last 10 trips to this same taco bell, they've given us a wrong item twice and completely missed some of our items four times. At least they're nicer than some of the other tb's in the region.

Always have a nice experience here. They're service is usually pretty good. Sometimes its really fast and sometimes somewhat slow. But I think that's because sometimes a customer takes a bit of extra time to make their order not because of the employees so much.

I used the drive-through window and i ordered i believe was the number 6 meal, the food was ready in the usual amount of time and when i parked to eat and opened the first chalupa to put jot sauce there was a long brown hair on top along with the lettuce and tomato, i was a passenger in my friends truck and he did not wanna return to the taco bell that we bought the food at so i just threw the whole meal away and havent returned to that store, im not writing this review to discourage people from going to taco bell, im just sharing my experience.

Last 2 times there my order was wrong. First time I went back, too mad the second time. Love the food tho.?

I came through the drive-through in the early afternoon and service was fast although when I looked back to get my receipt the employee had already closed the window and had her back to me so I continued my trip.I opened the first of my tacos and noticed that the lettuce looked a little wilted so I checked further and there was a piece that was literally rotten and viable on the other end of that same taco. (Pictures attached)I went to drink my Gatorade to tide me over until I could go to a different location on my route so as not to eat rotten food and it was so watered down it tasted vaguely like salty water.Definitely not coming back to this location and likely would have done this review via the internal system but I wasn't given a receipt. Fortunately I paid with card and have the location number via the billing info sent to my bank.Still very grossed out.
