The whole time we ordered our sandwiches the Manager was talking to someone else, just gossiping. Forgot to order one sandwich, so I went to the end of the line since other people had showed up. She made up a lie that there was an alarm at 9pm and she refused to make my sandwich after I waited at least 20min in line. She said we have to be out of here at 9 otherwise we are locked in. Lies, I left the store at 8:59 and while I was putting my kids in the car they were still in there "locked in". Bad service and veggies are super pale.
Followed special instructions in online order, food was ready fast. Employees were kind and quick.

If anyone plans on trying out the new sandwich melt.Just get a regular sub with extra cheese and get it toasted. It will save you $3-4.

The ham and turkey had green spots all over it, and the ham was also a very weird texture.
Walks in and nobody was there, when someone showed up I felt like they weren't even wanting to help us, The lady that helped us talk so softly I could even understand/hear her then they have 3 ppl in the store for a reason had us waiting to finish one all the way and then figured out we were together and took a whole lot longer to come back and have 1 person help me...they need to retrain and re-hire if ppl don't want to work.
More expensive than other Subways in the area and the staff never change their gloves between touching things (meat, the oven, vegetables, the till. Cross contaminate everything.) which is a huge food safety oversight.
Everytime I go, I order same sandwich but price comes out differently.. so sketchy
