Very pleasant experience. My husband is deaf and the server spoke very clear and loud enough for him to understand. And she was also very pleasant and friendly. Definitely will be returning.
Paid very little attention to my order. Too busy talking to each other. Didn't have a problem at the register though. Not going back.I'll drive to south auburn and get a good sandwich made by friendly folks.
Came to subway Thursday at 7 pm 10/21/21. 75% of the food put away. I guess I could of had a tomato sandwich? ? New American hours are 8 pm lock the doors and go home ?
Good new options, good bread, cheese, and sauces. But the meats lack.
I love subway at west valley because it's very clean and all the veggies and bread are very fresh ?
The service was very good cause the employee was super friendly and had a smile on the whole time. She also made everyone's sandwich very quickly so the other people waiting in line didn't have to wait very long at all. I will definitely be going back in the future and recommend it to anyone who would like great customer service along with an amazing and very tasty sandwich of there choice.
This is the 3rd time I have ordered ahead online and again, they waited until I showed up to even look at and start the order. Frustrating when I order ahead and show up 20 minutes later for 3 easy sandwiches to have them not even started... probably won't be returning here.

Great place. Quick sandwich makers, and even when there is a lot of people ordering they still do a good job keeping up. Would definitely recommend this subway.
